新型直驱式顶部驱动钻井装置

摘    要:为解决顶驱因故障停机时间长而带来的系列问题,研制了新型直驱式顶部驱动钻井装置,并形成了DQ225DBZ、DQ450DBZ、DQ675DBZ和DQ900DBZ系列型号的直驱式顶驱,可达到4 000~12 000 m的钻井作业深度。该顶驱主要由动力水龙头和管子处理器组成,采用大功率交流变频电动机驱动,无级变速控制,多功能人机界面操作;提升系统采用双载荷通道隔离设计,中心管主轴设计有特殊组合轴承,可承受钩载,同时也具备抗钻柱纵向振动功能。DQ2250DBZ顶驱在国外应用13口井,经受了-30℃严寒考验,最大连续钻井扭矩达到了35 kN·m,创下日钻进1 016 m的记录。DQ450DBZ顶驱在国内川东70563钻井队现场作业,最大连续钻井扭矩28 kN·m,上卸扣扭矩30 kN·m,水平井造斜段始为4 593 m,造斜88°,总进尺达6 500 m。

A new direct-drive type top drive drilling system

Abstract:To solve the problems caused by the long-time shutdown of top drive drilling system(TDDS) due to failure,a new series direct-drive TDDS was developed.By using the new TDDS,a drilling depth of 4,000~12,000 m could be achieved.Composed of power swivel and drill pipe handling device,the TDDS was driven by high-power AC variable-frequency electric motor,with continuously variable control and multifunctional man-machine interface operation.The hoisting system adopted the design of double-load channel isolation.The central tube was designed with special combination bearing.It could bear hook load as well as the kinetic energy of the drill string's longitudinal vibration.Field application of the new TDDS in domestic and overseas oilfields showed that it could meet the drilling operation requirements with high reliability and high operation efficiency.
