| 摘 要： | 为提升国防工程项目研制生产管理水平，加强项目计划在研制与生产过程中的协同管理，研究通过AVPLAN系统和MES系统的信息平台，采用项目管理、MES、生产看板等系统管理技术，实现型号计划与生产计划过程的数据交互，有效解决关键资源冲突的问题，提高型号多项目综合协调管理能力。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance the defense project at the development and production management level , strength-en the project plan in the development and the collaborative management in the process of production , it proposes the information platform construction based on AVPLAN and MES .This platform uses the project management, MES, production kanban and systems management technology , realizes data interaction from the model plan to production plan , avoids key resource conflicts, improves the comprehensive collaborative skills for more project management of the model . |
