| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人上腹部术后胃瘫的营养支持治疗及胃肠功能维护的措施。方法 31例60~79岁老年上腹部术后胃瘫患者,随机分为肠内为主肠外为辅研究组(A组,PN+EN,16例)和对照组(B组,TPN,15例)。观察2组患者血浆各种蛋白、血清激素、肠鸣音恢复时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、肠道菌群失调发生率。结果全组病例在研究期间无死亡;A组患者肛门恢复排气时间较明显缩短,胃肠道相关并发症减少,胃肠功能恢复时间明显快于B组;A、B两组的血红蛋白和前清蛋白水平差异显著。结论老年人上腹部术后胃瘫经早期肠内外联合营养支持治疗能改善患者营养状况,并促进胃肠功能恢复。
