| 摘 要： | 在高炉生产中O2分析有着重要应用。对热风炉热废气残氧分析有助于了解烧炉情况;在热废气被引用于喷吹系统烘干煤粉时,残氧分析可保障系统的安全性以及检验系统的气密性。本文介绍O2分析仪在宣钢炼铁厂高炉生产中的应用情况。

Remnant Oxygen Analysis Applied in the Blast Furnace Production |

| Abstract: | In the blast furnace production, the remnant oxygen analysis has the important application. Carrying on the remnant oxygen analysis to the hot-blast stove and the hot waste gas is helpful of understanding the situation of kilning. When the hot waste gas is applied in the injection powdered coal system drying powdered coal, the remnant oxygen analysis may keep the system in security and examine the gas tightness. This essay gives an introduction of the application of the remnant oxygen analyzer applied to the blast furnace production in the steel ironworks in Xuanhua iron and steel company. |
