| 摘 要： | 厦门国际贸易综合大厦建筑面积共62250m2、框筒结构，地上高45层160m，是厦门特区目前最高的一座超高层建筑物。本文介绍该工程地下挖孔桩基础、立体结构、玻璃幕墙施工与质量控制措施，该项工程去年年底被评为厦门经济特区的“十佳建筑”工程。

| Abstract: | The great comprehensive intemational trade building now is one of the the super building with 45stories, 160 meters high above ground level in the special economicl zone in Xiamen. The total area of the building is 62250 square meters, frame tube shaped structure.This paper is introduced measures of the engineering construction and quality control about underground manual excuvated pile, main structure and the glass screen wall. By last year, the Engineering has been evaluated as one of the "tenbest architecture" engineering in the special economical zone in Xiamen. |
