中山市农村居民慢性病患病情况及相关因素研究

目的探讨中山市农村居民慢性病患病情况及相关因素的现状，为农村慢性病综合防治的实施提供依据。方法对中山市某两镇15550名居民健康调查和健康体检资料进行回顾性研究，分析中山市农村居民慢性病患病情况、行为习惯、就医意向等相关情况。结果中山市农村居民主要慢性病的总患病率为46．23％，排在前5位的是：超重和肥胖、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病和关节病，其患病率分别是30．8％、11．9％、8．5％、8．1％和6，5％；不良行为习惯排在前3位的是高脂饮食（58．9％）、吸烟（25．6％）和饮酒（15．3％）；就医意向方面；有66．0％的居民表示患病时首选社区卫生服务机构就医，有81．3％的居民曾经到社区卫生服务机构就诊。多因素logistic回归分析显示：长期坐着工作（OR=1．704），高盐饮食（OR=2．752），高脂饮食（OR=2．497），吸烟（OR=1．932），饮酒（OR=1．354），经常熬夜（OR=1．213）是农村居民慢性病的主要危险因素，而经常运动（OR=0．417）和常吃蔬菜水果（OR=0．318）是慢性病的保护因素。结论中山农村居民慢性病的患病率较高，应加强农村居民慢性病的健康教育工作、提倡健康的卫生行为和生活习惯、积极开展社区卫生服务、开展慢性病的规范化管理。

Study on prevalence and related factors of chronic diseases among adults in rural area of Zhongshan city

Objective Study on prevalence and related factors of chronic diseases among adults in rural area of Zhongshan city and provide evidences for health care policy making. Methods 15550 adults in rural area of Zhongshan city were investigated about status of chronic diseases and its related factors. Results 46.23% adults suffered from chronic diseases, in which the top five were overweight (30. 8%), hypertension ( 11.9% ), high blood cholesterol level ( 8.5 % ), diabetes ( 8.1% ), and Arthropathy ( 6. 5 % ). The main incorrect life manner were High-fat diet (58.9%), smoking( 25.6% % )and drinking( 15.3 % ). Multi-variable logistic regression analysis showed that time of sitting, salt diet, fat diet, smoking, drinking, quality of sleeping, sport were primary influencing factors of the chronic disease of rural adults. Conclusion The rural adults had high prevalence of chronic disease. Effective health education, active and efficient community service should be Provided, good living habits should be Advocated to promote the health of rural adults.
