产业结构调整影响下的人才培养对策研究——以云南热带作物职业学院为例

结合云南农垦改革现况,从农垦集团产业调整入手,分析企业管理结构、产业结构变化影响下的人才培养模式对策,提出在＂集团公司企业重组,产业链后移＂的关键时期,支撑云南农垦产业发展的人才培养重心必须后移,其重点领域应放在产品加工、市场营销和技改与服务层面。高职院校应研究自身的专业结构现状,修定和完善课程、专业、师资队伍和基地建设方案以适应农垦产业结构调整下人才培养的需要。

Countermeasures to Personnel Training under Influence of the Adjustment of Industrial Structure:Yunnan Tropical Crops Protessional College as Example

Combining the current situation of Yunnan farming cultivate reform,the paper analyses countermeasure to the personnel training mode under the influence of enterprise management structure and industrial structure change,puts forward to move backwards the personnel training center of gravity which supports the development of Yunnan farming cultivate industry and focus on products processing,marketing and technical and service level in the crucial hours of company reorganization of enterprises,industrial chain shifting backwards.Higher vocational colleges should study their professional structure of the status quo,revise and perfect professional courses,teachers and base construction scheme to adapt the requirement of personnel training under adjustment of industrial structure.
