摘    要:针对含风电场电力动态经济调度的信息私密性和不确定性问题,提出一种分散随机优化求解方法。根据目标级联分析的原理,将含风电场的动态经济调度集中优化模型转化为随机分散优化模型。利用近似动态规划对各个区域的随机动态经济调度问题进行分散优化,并根据区域间边界节点相角信息对它们的优化方案进行协调。通过6节点2区域系统、IEEE多区域系统和某实际系统的算例分析,从多个角度验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:Responding to the privacy and the uncertainty problems of the dynamic economic dispatch of power system with wind farms, a decentralized stochastic optimization method is proposed. The centralized optimization model of dynamic economic dispatch with wind farms is transformed into the stochastic and decentralized ones by the analysis target cascading(ATC)method. Then, each is solved by the approximate dynamic programming(ADP)method dispersedly. The phase information on boundary nodes among the areas is used to coordinate their optimization schemes iteratively. Case studies on a 6-bus and 2-area system, the IEEE multi-area systems as well as an actual power system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
