| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胫骨Pilon骨折的治疗方法。方法采用超踝外固定支架对18例胫骨Pilon骨折进行手术固定治疗。结果随访4～13个月，平均10个月，均达骨折临床愈合。取支架时间为术后6～8个月。功能评定结果：优11例，良4例，可2例，差1例，优良率83．33％。结论超踝外固定支架是治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of fracture of tibia Pilon. Methods External fixtures beyond ankle were applied to 18 patients with fracture of tibia Pilon. Results All of patients were treated clinically, followed up for 4 to 13 months(mean:10 months). External fixtures were removed 6 to 8 months after operation. The function was evaluated as follows: the excellent rate was 88.33%, 11 cases of which were excellent, 4 good, 2 general, and 1 bad. Conclusion It is an effective method to treat the fracture of tibia Pilon with external fixture beyond ankle. |
