原位聚合芳香型聚氨酯/环氧树脂共混材料的动态力学性能研究

摘    要:以自制的芳香型二元醇为原料,用原位聚合的方法制备了芳香型聚氨酯厮氧树脂共混材料。系统地研究了二元醇含量对共混材料动态力学性能、冲击性能的关系。结果显示,对环氧树脂增韧的同时,低温下的储能模量基本上没有降低,玻璃化转化温度有所提高,体系为均相体系。

Abstract:Polyurethane/epoxy blends were prepared via in-situ polymerization based on an aromatic diol. The effects of diol content on the dynamic mechanical properties and impact strength of the blends were investigated. With the inclusion of aromatic diol, the glass transition temperature and impact strength increased while the storage modulus at low temperature maintained unchanged. The blend was found a homogenous system.
