摘    要:分析了注塑模具钢使用要求和选用3Cr17Mo马氏体型不锈电渣钢制造注塑模。经复合强化处理具有表硬内刚的使用性能。消除了原CrWMn电炉钢制该模早中期失效。且具有美观商品表面。提高寿命5~6倍。被誉为寿星模。

There is a new material named injection die and how to process composite augmented
Abstract:Analysis of the use of injection mold steel, using 3Cr17Mo Electroslag martensitic stainless-steel manufacturing injection mold, After treatment with enhanced composite table, it has hardware performance, eliminated the invalidation of the original CrWMn electric steel patternmaking in forepart, having aesthetic value of the surface, life expectancy increased five-six times, and was acclaimed as the god of longevity scale.
