风电场场内输电线路直击雷防护研究

摘    要:风力发电场的场内输电线路是防雷保护的薄弱环节.当雷电击中输电线路时,会造成线路过电压,损坏电力变压器设备.对此,笔者以某风力发电场雷击事故为例,利用电磁暂态程序ATP/EMTP建立雷电直击于输电线路的模型,定量计算出升压变压器上的暂态过电压和流过电缆的最大雷电流,综合考虑安装线路避雷器和降低接地电阻对计算结果的影响,然后确定风电场场内输电线路有效的防雷保护方案,确保变压器安全可靠运行.仿真分析验证,采用该方案能提高场内输电线路的耐雷水平,能起到保护变压器安全运行的作用.

Abstract:Transmission line of wind farms is the weak link of lightning protection. When the transmission line light- ning, will cause the line over voltage, breakdown of power transformer equipment. Therefore, the author of a wind farm lightning accident as an example, a direct lightning on transmission line using the electromagnetic transient program ATP/EMTP model, calculating the transient step-up transformer voltage on the cable and the lightning cur- rent flows, consider installing line surge arresters and grounding resistance reducing effect on the calculation re- suits, and then determine the the wind farm at the transmission line of effective lightning protection measures, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the transformer. Simulation results validate the , this scheme can improve the lightning withstand level of the power transmission lines, can rise to protect the safe operation of the transformer effect.
