摘    要:针对低温下SF6设备液化的问题,从简化设备结构、降低故障率的角度出发,提出了一种采用NTC电阻加热方法构建的断路器装置,并分析了该装置中NTC加热原理和参数设计.仿真试验表明,采用该技术构建的断路器装置能在合理布局电场分布的条件下,增加传热面积和减少导热部分的体积,减少合闸后断路器在低温范围内的时间,由此避免了SF6设备因长期工作在低温时段而发生的液化现象.

Abstract:Aiming at the liquefaction of SF6 equipment under low temperature, this paper proposes a circuit break- er formulated by NTC resistance heating from the aspects of simplification of fault ratio, and analyzes the theory of NTC heating and parameters design. equipment structure and reduction of The simulation shows that the circuit breaker proposed is able to increase heat transfer area and reduce the volume of thermal conductivity and the time for the breaker to stay within the range of low temperature after closing so as to avoid liquefaction of SF6 equipment due to long-term operation under low temperature.
