| 摘 要： | 目的：观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗原发性肝癌患者行肝动脉化疗栓塞（transcatheter arterial chemoembolization，TACE）后发生肝损伤的疗效。方法：60例原发性肝癌患者，随机分为两组，每组各30例，均给予TACE治疗。治疗组在常规保肝治疗基础上加用多烯磷脂酰胆碱静点，930mg／d；对照组给予常规保肝治疗。结果：两组转氨酶、胆红素在TACE后均明显升高（P〈0．01），血清前白蛋白均明显降低（P〈0．01）。经多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗后，治疗组各指标均较对照组明显好转（P〈0．05）。结论：多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗原发性肝癌患者TACE后肝损伤效果良好，能改善患者的预后。
