| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨保乳手术配合化疗治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2006年3月～2010年5月我院收治的80例行保乳手术治疗的早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料。对两组患者术后5年生存率及生活质量评分进行比较。结果：两组患者5年生存率无明显差异（P〉O．05）；观察组患者术后5年生活质量评分明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：早期乳腺癌患者，如果要求保乳治疗并且有保乳手术的指征，可保乳手术治疗，术后进行放、化疗和内分泌治疗等综合治疗，可取得较好的近期疗效和美容效果。
