| 摘 要： | 目的：评价中医辨证护理对血液透析患者生存质量的影响。方法：将60例血液透析患者随机分为对照组（30例）和中医辨证护理组（30例）。对照组给予常规护理，中医辨证护理组在常规护理的基础上给予中医辨证护理，共观察4周，两组患者观察前后分别进行肾功能及中医症状积分评价，并根据WHOQOL—BREF和SF-36评分评价不同护理方法对患者生存质量的影响。结果：观察后中医辨证护理组WHOQOL--BREF总评分为（61．43±5．20）分及SF-36总评分为（104．72±16．23）分，均较观察前的（50．28±4．10）分、（54．65±7．91）分显著提高（t=3．270，P〈0．05；t=6．531，P〈0．01），而对照组评分提高不明显（P〉0．05）；观察后中医辨证护理组总评分高于对照组（t=3．190、3．225，P〈O．05）。中医辨证护理组观察后较观察前中医症状积分显著降低（t=11．846，P〈O．01）。结论：结合中医辨证护理的中西医结合护理发挥了中医特色和中西医结合的优势，能够显著提高血液透析患者的生存质量，可作为借鉴应用于临床护理。 |
