外贸企业国际结算风险及其防范

外贸企业在进出口业务中主要使用汇付、托收和信用证等三种国际结算方式。随着竞争的日趋激烈,灵活多变的支付方式已成为外贸企业增加市场份额的重要手段,由此也导致了进出口收付汇风险的增加。本文在分析各种结算方式风险的基础上,阐述了国际结算风险防范的总体要求,并针对三种主要国际结算方式的风险提出了具体的防范措施。

Risks and Prevention of International Settlements of Foreign Trade Enterprises

Foreign trade enterprises usually adopt the following three international settlements：remittance,collection and credit in the import and export business.With keen competition,flexible payment has become an important means of increasing market share for foreign trade enterprises,which led to the increasing of the receipt and payment risk in the import and export.This paper states the general requirements of the international settlement of risk prevention based on the analysis of a variety of billing methods risk,and sets forth specific preventive measures according to the three main international settlement risks.
