| 摘 要： | 文章通过对全运会文化以及辽宁省高校文化内涵的解读,表明第十二届全运会的的承办将对辽宁省高校体育文化的发展带来前所未有的契机,对辽宁省高校校园文化建设奠定物质基础,促进了校园文化的民族化,丰富了校园文化生活,从而带动学校体育的不断深化和发展。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing National Games culture and Liaoning University culture connotation,the paper finds that hosting National Games will bring new chances for Liaoning uniersity sports culture development,will promote the content of nationality in campus culture,enrich campus cultural life,and promote university sports futher development. |
