硒对蚕豆胚根抗氧化酶系统的影响

摘    要:采用水培方法,研究不同浓度Se4+对蚕豆胚根抗氧化酶系统的影响.结果表明,随着Se4+浓度的升高,SOD活性一直升高,而CAT活性下降;当Se4+浓度低于0.01μmol/L时POD活性随着浓度升高而下降,Se4+浓度高于0.01μmol/L时POD活性开始升高;Se4+浓度低于0.005μmol/L时MDA含量随浓度升高而降低,Se4+浓度高于0.01μmol/L时MDA含量开始升高.对POD同功酶的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结果分析表明,不同浓度的Se4+处理蚕豆根POD同功酶没有特异性条带的表达,但活性强弱不同,有的带已经消失了.

Abstract:The authors investigated antioxidant enzyme system in the radicle of Vicia Faba treated with different concentrations of Se~(4+).The results indicated that SOD activity increased and CAT acvtivity decreased with the increase of the concentration of Se~(4+);if the concentration was lower than 0.01 μmol/L POD activity decreased with the increase of the concentration;when the concentration was lower than 0.005 μmol/L Se~(4+) the content of MDA decreased as concentration increased.By polyacrylancide gel electrophoresis(PAGE),different concentrations of Se~(4+) did not induce the expression of special strips for POD isoenzymes,but the activities were different from each other,some strips disappeared.
