CD64指数、降钙素原对肺结核合并肺部细菌感染抗生素治疗效果评估价值

目的分析CD64指数、降钙素原(PCT)对肺结核合并肺部细菌感染抗生素治疗效果评估价值。方法选取2016年11月~2017年11月收治的100例肺结核患者作为研究对象,根据其是否合并肺部细菌感染将其分为A组(单纯肺结核组)和B组(肺结核合并肺部细菌感染组),针对两组患者抗生素治疗前后的CD64和PCT水平进行比较。结果两组患者治疗前的CD64指数和PCT水平相比,B组患者的各项指标均明显高于A组(P0.05);B组患者治疗后7 d和治疗后10 d的各项临床指标均明显低于治疗前(P0.05),且治疗后10 d的各项临床指标均明显低于治疗后7 d(P0.05)。结论 CD64指数和PCT可以有效实现对肺结核疾病患者的病情评估,同时有利于为肺结核合并肺部细菌感染的抗生素治疗效果提供有效的评估依据,具有较高的应用价值。

Evaluation of CD64 index and procalcitonin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary bacterial infections

Objective To evaluate the value of CD64 index and procalcitonin (PCT) in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by pulmonary infection with antibiotics therapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into group A (simple pulmonary tuberculosis group) and group B (pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung bacterial infection group), compared the levels of CD64 and PCT before and after antibiotic treatment in both groups. Results Before treatment, CD64 index and PCT level in group B were significantly higher than those in group A (P<0.05). The clinical indexes of group B at 7 days and 10 days after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the clinical indexes at 10 days after treatment were significantly lower than those at 7 days after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The CD64 index and PCT can effectively evaluate the condition of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and at the same time it is helpful to provide an effective basis for the evaluation of the antibiotic treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with pulmonary bacterial infection and has high application value.
