竹根浸液抗过敏的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨竹根浸液抗过敏作用。方法建立鼠I、IV型超敏反应动物模型,将大、小鼠分为空白组、阴性对照组、地塞米松组、竹根低剂量组、竹根中剂量组、竹根高剂量组6组。空白组不给药,阴性对照组备皮处予0.9%的氯化钠注射液,竹根浸液组与地塞米松组分别给予相应剂量的药液涂抹。比较干预后大鼠皮肤内层蓝斑直径、血清IgE浓度及小鼠左右耳质量差。结果竹根浸液各组与地塞米松组的大鼠平均蓝斑直径、平均血清IgE浓度及小鼠平均左右耳重量差均较阴性对照组小。结论竹根浸液能明显抑制实验鼠I、IV型超敏反应。

Experimental Study on Antiallergic Effects of Root of Common Nandina Extract

Abstract:Objective To investigate the antiallergic effects of root of common nandina extract.Methods Rats model of type I and IV hypersensitivity was established,and rats were divided into blank group,negative control group,dexamethasone group and root of common nandina extract groups with different doses. The blank group did not received any treatment,the negative control group was cured by smearing0.9% sodium chloride injection on the parts accepted skin preparation,and dexamethasone group and root of common nandina extract groups were cured by smearing drugs of corresponding dosage. The skin inner blue spot diameter of rats,average concentration of serum IgE,and quality difference between left and right ear of mice were compared. Results The average blue spot diameter of rats,average concentration of serum IgE and quality difference between left and right ear of mice in dexamethasone group and root of common nandina extract groups were lower than those of negative control group respectively. Conclusion Root of common nandina extract can significantly inhibit allergic reaction of experimental rats with type I and IV hypersensitivity.
