黄河小北干流沿岸泵站技术改造探讨

摘    要:黄河小北干流主流在数公里宽的河道里游荡不定.沿岸夹马口、小樊和尊村3座大型泵站近10年来相继脱流,主流远离泵站引水口3~7km;小北干流是黄河含沙量最大的河段,沿岸高扬程泵站水泵受泥沙磨蚀破坏严重,叶轮失重速率高达18.6g/h.临河抽水的一级泵站引水口脱流和扬水上塬的二级泵站高扬程水泵受泥沙磨蚀破坏,是其沿岸泵站技术改造需要解决的两大难题.在着流位置兴建几处露天泵站,利用迁移方便的大型潜水轴流泉向脱流泵站集中供水,是解决泵站脱流的有效措施.引进具有世界领先水平的瑞士苏尔寿(SULZER)公司水泵叶轮出口部位喷焊金属陶瓷抗磨蚀,进口部位堆焊钨铬钴合金防汽蚀的涂层技术,是黄河小北干流沿岸泵站高扬程水泵技术改造的有效途径.

Abstract:The silt content value in Xiaobeiguanliu section is the greatest in The Yellow River. In this region high-lift pump units affected seriously abrasion and cavitation. The two heavy problems of technical improvement of pump station along the river course are un joint water at 1st pump station and high-lift pump abrasion and cavitation at 2nd pump station. It is the improvement measures to solve un joint water that several open pump stations were added and built aside main stream to supply the water to 1st station,and open pump stations are equipped with submersible axial-flow pump transported conveniently.
