核桃花天然黑色素提取工艺的研究

摘    要:为提高提取核桃花中天然黑色素的安全性、提取率,该文研究了溶剂连续提取法的工艺过程与条件.通过单因素水平实验、三因素二水平正交实验,确定了提取黑色素的最佳工艺条件为:提取级数一级时,固液比为1:150,提取时间1.5 h.该法提取率可达到28.96%,色价为48.08,避免了有毒溶剂对色素的影响,安全可靠.

Abstract:In order to boost the security of the extraction of natural black pigment in walnut flower and improve the extracting ratio,the technical process and conditions of the successive extracting method with solvent are studied.Based on the single factor standard experiment and three-factor doubled standard orthogonal experiment,the optimized conditions of extracting black pigment is set as the followings: with a one-scale extraction,the ratio of is 1:150,the extracting time is 1.5h,the extracting rate can add up to 28.96%,the color valeur is 48.08.This method is safe and reliable.
