| 摘 要： | 针对贵州省图书馆人员多，开展面对面学术讲座的机会不多的现状，在分析了利用QQ群为贵州图书馆员开展在线学术讲座的可行性和优势的基础上，探讨了利用QQ群开展在线学术讲座的实现过程。通过这种方式解决了传统学术讲座受益人数少、组织成本高等问题，为继续教育和培训工作提供了新的途径。

| Abstract: | The implementation of online academic lectures for librarians by making use of QQ group was studied by analyzing the feasibility and advantages of giving online academic lectures for librarians in Guizhou Province, which showed that this method can solve the problems, such as a small number of librarians attending a lecture and high cost in organizing a lecture, thus opening a new way for continuing education and training of librarians. |
