针灸联合四磨汤、常规治疗干预剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复随机平行对照研究

目的]观察针灸联合四磨汤、常规治疗干预剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将100例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例剖宫产术后常规护理。治疗组50例①针灸。②四磨汤。术后12h开始，选用四磨汤（木香、乌药、枳壳、槟榔、当归、白芍各lOg，黄芪15g，甘草5g），1剂／d，取水500mL，煎至lOOmL，1次／d，口服。常规护理同对照组。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肠呜音恢复时间、首次排气及排便平均时间、腹胀情况、术后胃肠功能恢复正常情况、不良反应。治疗l疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈11例，显效32例，有效3例，无效4例，总有效率86．00％。对照组痊愈8例，显效24例，有效2例，无效16例，总有效率64．00％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈O．05）。肠呜音恢复时间、首次排气及排便平均时间治疗组少于对照组（P〈O．05）。术后胃肠功能恢复正常情况治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论]针灸联合四磨汤、常规治疗干预剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复效果显著，值得推广。

Results ] The treatment group cured 11 cases, effective in 32 cases ; effective 3 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 86%. The control group cured 8 cases, effective in 24 cases, effective 2 cases, invalid 16 cases, the total efficiency of 64%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . The recovery time of bowel sound, the first exhaust and defecation time average treatment group than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function normally in treatment group than in control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Decoction, acupuncture combined with routine therapy intervention after cesarean section gastrointestinal function recovery effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
