抓财务管理促工程建设--三峡一期工程财务管理回顾

财务管理是现代化企业管理的重要组成部分，也是三峡工程管理的重要内容。三峡工程在财务管理上提出了“两个适应”、“三个转变”、“四个树立”的指导思想和理顺财务关系，为搞好财务管理奠定了基础。三峡工程筹集资金是财务部门的首要任务，通过三峡建设基金（增收电费）、落实国家开发银行贷款、发行企业债券和利用外汇储备贷款，形成了以三峡建设基金和国家开发银行贷款为主渠道的资金来源。在财务管理中规范管理行为、提高人员素质、加强电算化管理和会计监督工作是十分重要的。     

Formal methods: The next generation of system design tools

Because of the growing demand for increasingly complex computer-based systems there is now an urgent need to provide tools to assist during the design of such systems. Formal specifications and formal methods provide such assistance but their widespread adoption has been hindered by the so-called ‘math fear’ and the perception that the tools are too difficult, too time consuming and too costly to use in a commercial environment. The aim of this article is to dispel the mystery surrounding the topic and to explain what formal methods are, how and why they are used, the benefits that accrue and why the technology should be accepted on a broader front. The application of formal methods to the design of computer-based systems will be discussed without resorting to jargon or mathematics. The discussion will concentrate more on the software content of systems but the arguments apply equally well to hardware. Some of the available tools will also be introduced.     

新型细粒煤分选设备的研究及应用

提出了一种新的细粒煤分选设备,主要介绍了它的结构模型、数学模型、动力学分析以及在贵州老屋基、孝义东兴、山西五阳、黑龙江七台河矿务局等洗煤厂中在煤泥脱水回收作业中的应用,取得了较好的效果。尤其用于简易选煤厂,从煤泥水中回收低灰精煤,既解决了环保污染问题,又取得了较高的经济效益,因而倍受欢迎。     

武钢 3×10~4m~3/h 空分手动变负荷生产的探索与实践

对武钢引进的两台３×１０４ｍ３／ｈ空分设备，为改变其自动变负荷生产调节范围小、时间长的问题，采用了人工手动变负荷的操作方法。实践表明：扩大了增减产范围，缩短了调节时间，有十分明显的综合经济效益，可供大型空分变负荷生产借鉴参考。     

数据处理系统性能评价的简单理论模型

提出了一个简单的理论模型．旨在为数据处理系统的性能评价提出一个理论框架．以此框架为基础，可形成实用的简单评估方法．该模型只含两个参数，它们是统计量，可用统计方法确定．     

嵌入式软键盘UI一致性与功能差异性的研究

为了解决嵌入式WinCE系统所带软键盘按钮小和嵌入式设备触模操作便捷性要求之间矛盾,本文提出设计软键盘代替WinCE系统所带软键盘。为了解决嵌入式系统中多个数据输入的软键盘界面与嵌入式系统资源有限的矛盾,在设计中,提出了一种将软键盘界面与增加数据功能、删除数据功能、显示数据功能、数据合法性检查功能等键盘处理逻辑分离的技术,不同功能模块调用统一软键盘界面,实现了软键盘UI一致性和功能差异性,从而节省了系统资源;此外,为了减少软键盘按钮数,在小触模屏条件下触模按钮做得更大,提出了系统附加数据单位字符技术,这种技术也提高了用户数据输入速度。综合运用这些技术,完成了基于WinCE平台软键盘开发研制,实际应用表明提高了操作便捷性。

Continuous cleaning of A356 alloy melt using high frequency electromagnetic field

A set of device for electromagnetic separation (EMS) was designed and applied to process the continuous flowing melt. Tensile test was employed to compare effect of electromagnetic separation with that of the traditional processes. Compared with filtration by ceramic foam filter and process without filtration, multiple process combined with filtration and electromagnetic separation can effectively remove most of inclusions with diameter finer than 10μm in A356 alloy casting, hence improve its tensile properties. After being processed by electromagnetic filtration,the tensile strength of A356 scrap is enhanced by 8.27%, approaching the level of fresh A356 alloy.     

国产纺丝机与引进分丝设备配套的分丝工艺研究

通过对国产VC406纺丝机与引进DW-200无捻拉伸机、MC16分丝络筒机等设备的配套和分丝生产工艺的研究,着重论述采用分丝路线生产锦纶高支单丝的纺丝、分丝工艺和该路线生产单丝的特点以及各工序对前道的要求。该配套生产线经一年多时间的正常运行,产品质量已达到国际同类产品的水平。证明有关纺丝设备的改造是成功的,工艺是可行的。
