针对智慧制造评估时专家的决策信息具有犹豫模糊不确定性问题,提出了一种关于准则具有犹豫模糊偏好关系的改进交互式多准则决策(TODIM)方法。首先提出了准则间的犹豫模糊偏好关系概念,并证明了其基本性质。在TODIM方法优势度的计算过程中,将准则权重犹豫模糊偏好关系替代原有的精确值权重,使信息的准确性最大化。将该方法用于智能制造的评估上,实例分析结果表明所提方法是可行和有效的。  相似文献

End of life (EOL) phase of a product is receiving more attention due to increase in environmental concerns, and many studies have been conducted for value creation in EOL, focusing on concepts as remanufacturing, reuse and recycling in sustainable production manner. This study especially focuses on one of global problem, e-waste. To minimise the amount of wastes and maximise recovered materials from EOL, disassembly is one of the most important concept, associated with reuse, and balancing disassembly line in an optimal way is essential for organisations. In disassembly line balancing (DLB), not only precedence of tasks, but also risk criteria related to environment and human safety should be considered for sustainability. The aim of this study is to propose a model based on triple bottom line (TBL) dimensions, i.e. human safety, environmental safety and business criteria. To achieve sustainability in DLB, and for risk assessment in sustainable DLB, it had been decided to use a multi-criteria method, i.e. TODIM, acronym in Portuguese of ‘Tomada de Decisão Iterativa Multicritério’. The proposed model included 22 disassembly criteria categorised under TBL dimensions, which are derived from the literature. Implementation of the study was conducted for computer disassembly processes, and as a result of the study approximately 12% an improvement in cycle time was succeeded. In the long run, the integration of sustainability in disassembly operations may contribute to the competitive advantage of the company in terms of differentiation and corporate image by achieving business, environment and human targets simultaneously.  相似文献

Lean manufacturing practices (LMPs) and corporate environmental sustainability are becoming inextricably linked. Throughout the lean and green debate, many organisations have recognised that LMPs have implications for their sustainable development and competitive positioning. Not only LMPs are complex on their own, but when perceived from an environmental sustainability perspective, the decision to implement an LMP can become even more intricate. Although general tools exist, the lack of effective decision-making tools to help in the implementation of LMPs with an environmental sustainability dimension is palpable. Thus, this study tackles the aforementioned decision problem by incorporating environmental and operational performance outcome expectations as these expectations are viewed in light of the ease of implementation of various LMPs. A novel multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model for evaluation of LMPs is developed in this respect. The model integrates a three-parameter interval grey number with rough set theory and the TODIM method. The model is run using empirical data from six manufacturing organisations. The findings facilitate the identification of a ‘locus of investments’ for a better selection of LMPs. The robustness of the decision support model developed is assessed through sensitivity analysis.  相似文献

针对当前属性值为区间语言信息的群决策方法的不足,提出了一种考虑决策者心理行为的区间二元语义动态多属性群决策方法。定义了一种更接近决策者思维习惯的区间二元语义新的距离公式;引入时间度概念,结合考虑专家评价的综合一致性,建立优化模型求解时序权重;并基于前景理论,构建前景偏差值最小化的权重优化模型;采用基于新距离测度的交互式多属性决策(TODIM)方法计算方案的综合总体优势度,以此对方案进行排序。并以供应链协同合作伙伴的选择与评价为例,验证了所提方法的有效性和合理性。  相似文献

The picture fuzzy set (PFS) has grown huge attention in the research area of uncertain information from the last few years. Information measures have been widely studied in various fuzzy environments. Therefore, in this paper, we study the entropy and divergence measures under the picture fuzzy environment. First, the paper introduced a new entropy measure to measure the fuzziness degree associated with a PFS. An example is established to show the capabilities of the proposed entropy measure. Second, the paper defines a new Jensen–Tsalli divergence measure for PFS to evaluate the information of discrimination between two PFS. We also discuss several properties of entropy and divergence measures in detail. Then we present a new method, based on proposed entropy and divergence measure, to determine the objective weights of experts for multicriteria group decision making with picture fuzzy information. The final criteria weights are obtained by combining subjective and objective weights for more reliable weightage of evaluation criteria. By using this comprehensive weight-determination technique, the proposed method can effectively reduce the unreasonable impact of the extreme evaluation data on the evaluation results. Further, a new multi-criteria decision-making approach is developed based on the combining concepts of the TODIM and VIKOR method under the picture fuzzy environment. We used TODIM to obtain the overall dominance degree which considers the bounded rationality of decision makers and VIKOR is used to obtain the compromise ranking of alternatives. Lastly, an application of the proposed integrated model is demonstrated to verify the feasibility and usefulness and the outcomes of the proposed model are compared with the outcomes of the existing approaches to indicate its validity. This integrated method can effectively reduce the distortion of decision information and provide extraordinary evaluation results. The proposed approach is used in detecting the major issues due to which a company is facing such breakdowns.  相似文献

This study develops a hybrid method to improve selection decision making in service innovation. Because criteria for customer perceptions tend to be vague and conflicting, the process of evaluating perceptions (qualitative scale) and operational data (quantitative scale) should be combined. This study proposes the concomitant evaluation of qualitative and quantitative scales using a hybrid approach that combines fuzzy set theory, a discrete multi-criteria method based on prospect theory (known as TODIM in Portuguese) and the non-addictive Choquet integral. The study assumes that the criteria possess interdependent relationships. The advantages of the proposed hybrid approach, which exhibits a hierarchical structure, have been demonstrated throughout the hot spring hotel industry. The proposed method demonstrates that it can be extremely useful for recommending operational alternatives because it clearly identifies the main criteria of the expressed alternatives. The results indicate that the approach easily and effectively accommodates criteria with gain and loss functions and can help practitioners improve their performance and reduce overall service innovation risks.  相似文献

Organisational and managerial decisions are influenced by corporate sustainability pressures. Organisations need to consider economic, environmental and social sustainability dimensions in their decisions to become sustainable. Supply chain decisions play a distinct and critical role in organisational good and service outputs sustainability. Sustainable supplier selection influences the supply chain sustainability allowing many organisations to build competitive advantage. Within this context, the social sustainability dimension has received relatively minor investigation; with emphasis typically on economic and environmental sustainability. Neglecting social sustainability can have serious repercussions for organisational supply chains. This study proposes a social sustainability attribute decision framework to evaluate and select socially sustainable suppliers. A grey-based multi-criteria decision-support tool composed of the ‘best-worst method’ (BWM) and TODIM (TOmada de Decisão Interativa e Multicritério – in Portuguese ‘Interactive and Multicriteria Decision Making’) is introduced. A grey-BWM approach is used to determine social sustainability attribute weights, and a grey-TODIM method is utilised to rank suppliers. This process is completed in a group decision setting. A case study of an Iranian manufacturing company is used to exemplify the applicability and suitability of the proposed social sustainability decision framework. Managerial implications, limitations, and future research directions are introduced after the application of the model.  相似文献
