响应面法优化根霉菌产麦角固醇的液体发酵工艺

以米根霉(Rhizopus oryzae ZW017)发酵产麦角固醇的产量为响应值,对其液体发酵工艺进行优化。采用HPLC法检测菌株产麦角固醇含量,在单因素筛选试验基础上,以PDB液体发酵培养为基础条件,应用响应面分析法(RSM)对碳源、氮源及发酵时间进行优化。结果表明:以葡萄糖、酵母膏分别为最佳碳、氮源;最佳工艺条件为:PDB基础培养基中添加葡萄糖3g/L、酵母膏5g/L、发酵培养9.64d,麦角固醇平均产量达5761.83μg/100mL,较优化前提高了247.86%,与构建模型理论预测值(5818.39μg/100mL)相吻合,且100mL液体培养基中麦角固醇产量占菌体细胞干质量(0.36g)的1.60%。     

Vague soft hemirings

Xu et al. introduced the concept of vague soft sets, which is an extension to the soft set and the vague set. In this paper, we apply the concept of vague soft sets to hemiring theory. The notion of (∈,∈∨q)-vague (soft) left h-ideals of a hemiring is introduced and some related properties are investigated.

针对H.264码率控制的初始量化参数选择算法

针对JVT-H017提案码率控制算法初始量化参数选择与视频内容无关的问题,在总结现有改进算法基础上,提出一种快速有效的初始量化参数选择算法。该算法只需第一个P帧的平均绝对误差（MAD）值及每像素平均比特率信息即可快速给出初始量化参数。实验结果表明,在恒定比特率下,所提算法与JVT-H017算法相比,预测的初始量化参数更加准确,ΔPSNR最大能提高1.1dB,并且算法对含B帧编码结构同样有效。     

JI017, a Complex Herbal Medication,Induces Apoptosis via the Nox4–PERK–CHOP Axis in Ovarian Cancer Cells

Many anti-cancer drugs, including paclitaxel and etoposide, have originated and been developed from natural products, and traditional herbal medicines have fewer adverse effects and lesser toxicity than anti-tumor reagents. Therefore, we developed a novel complex herbal medicine, JI017, which mediates endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress and apoptosis through the Nox4–PERK–CHOP signaling pathway in ovarian cancer cells. JI017 treatment increases the expression of GRP78, ATF4, and CHOP and the phosphorylation of PERK and eIF2α via the upregulation of Nox4. Furthermore, it increases the release of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), the production of intracellular Ca²⁺, and the activation of exosomal GRP78 and cell lysate GRP78. Combination treatment using the sarco/endoplasmic reticulum Ca²⁺-ATPase inhibitor thapsigargin (TG) and JI017 reportedly induces increased ER stress and cell death in comparison to the control; however, knockdown experiments of PERK and CHOP indicated suppressed apoptosis and ER stress in JI017-treated ovarian cancer cells. Furthermore, targeting Nox4 using specific siRNA and pharmacological ROS inhibitors, including N-acetylcystein and diphenylene iodonium, blocked apoptosis and ER stress in JI017-treated ovarian cancer cells. In the radioresistant ovarian cancer model, when compared to JI017 alone, JI017 co-treatment with radiation induced greater cell death and resulted in overcoming radioresistance by inhibiting epithelial–mesenchymal-transition-related phenomena such as the reduction of E-cadherin and the increase of N-cadherin, vimentin, Slug, and Snail. These findings suggest that JI017 is a powerful anti-cancer drug for ovarian cancer treatment and that its combination treatment with radiation may be a novel therapeutic strategy for radioresistant ovarian cancer.

缓冲区溢出攻击目前已成为引发计算机安全问题的主要原因,微软公司发布的MS07-017动画光标处理漏洞就是一个“严重”等级的栈溢出漏洞。该文研究Win32操作系统中缓冲区溢出的原理与利用方法,以MS07-017安全公告中动画光标处理漏洞为实例,分析该漏洞产生的原理并讨论编写shellcode的一般方法,编写了一个恶意.ani动画光标文件生成器。

Antifeedant Compounds from Three Species of Apiaceae Active Against the Field Slug, Deroceras reticulatum (Muller)

Extracts of volatiles from foliage of three plants in the Apiaceae, Conium maculatum L. (hemlock), Coriandrum sativum L. (coriander), and Petroselinum crispum Mill. (Nym.) (parsley), previously shown to exhibit antifeedant activity in assays with the field slug, Deroceras reticulatum (Muller) (Limacidae: Pulmonata), were studied further to identify the active components. Coupled gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and neurophysiological assays using tentacle nerve preparations resulted in the identification of 11 active compounds from the three extracts. Wheat flour feeding bioassays were used to determine which of these compounds had the highest antifeedant activity. One of the most active compounds was the alkaloid gamma-coniceine, from C. maculatum. The role of potentially toxic alkaloids as semiochemicals and the potential for using such compounds as crop protection agents to prevent slug feeding damage is discussed.     

基于JVT-H017码率控制算法的改进

码率控制是视频压缩编码技术中的一个重要组成部分.针对JVT-H017提案中码率控制技术进行了深入详细的探讨,分析该算法的不足,在此基础上进行相应的改进.按照前一幅编码图像的统计特性更加精确的预测当前图像复杂度并进行比特分配.实验结果表明,与JVT-H017算法比较,改进的算法在图像质量提升的同时,使得编码输出比特率更接近于目标比特率.
