县级医院经济活力及其与不同奖金制度之间的关系分析

该利用山东省县级医院普查资料，通过比较性分析方法，对奖金制度转变和医院经济活力之间的关系进行了分析。研究结果表明：在过去的20年中，医院经济活力得到了较大提高，奖金制度转变有利于医院提高经济活力。     

现代化医院呼唤现代服务模式

当前我们正在向建设基本现代化医院迈进,在注意硬件建设的同时,不要忽略软件建设。硬件建设需要大量投入,较易见成果;而后者无需大量财力投入,只需转变医院人的思想观念,就能使医院明显改观。     

原发性开角型青光眼与高血压的关系

目的 探讨原发性开角型青光眼与高血压病的关系．方法 随机选择确诊原发性开角型青光眼50例，高血压病50例，观察眼压、血压、视乳头C／D比，视野，归纳总结．结果 50例原发性开角型青光眼中，血压高者25例(50％)．50例高血压病中，眼压高者38例(76％)，视野损害40例(80％)，光敏度下降35例(70％)，中心暗点25例(50％)，周边视野缩小17例(34％)，生理盲点扩大17例(34％)．结论 原发性开角型青光眼与高血压病有极大关联．     

Couples d’âge mûr et sexualité : comprendre l’impact des dynamiques relationnelles

Increased life expectancy creates the prospect of prolonged marital intimacy. However, mature couples face many challenges — physiological, cultural, and familial — and they must be able to mobilize their individual and relational resources to maintain good levels of marital and sexual satisfaction. The aim of this study is to highlight various factors that contribute to the conjugal and sexual satisfaction of older couples, and to discuss the stressing of these factors in a crisis context. 534 participants aged between 18 and 74 years old answered several questionnaires measuring their degree of sexual and conjugal satisfaction as well as the areas of strength and fragility in the relational dynamics of their couple. In addition, five couples also accepted a semi-structured interview on their relationship dynamics and their vision of the ageing couple. The results highlight the major impact of several variables contributing to an increase in relational and sexual satisfaction within couples (e.g. health concerns, conflict management, fondness…). Furthermore, a comparison between the scores of the over-51s and the younger ones highlights the areas of strength of older partners. These different factors will be discussed. Finally, we will propone therapeutic advices aimed at supporting the areas of strength of mature couples in order to accompany them towards long-term relational and sexual fulfillment.     

Peyronie’s disease may negatively impact the sexual experience of a couple and female sexual function: a single center study

BackgroundPeyonie’s disease (PD) mostly affects males in the fifth decade of life, with a prevalence in the general population ranging between 0.5% and 20.3%. The pathology of PD is characterized by fibrosis of the tunic albuginea of the cavernous bodies of the penis, with the presence of pain in the erection and penile deformity. This is associated with decreased sexual function for both participants. The objective of the study was to investigate the influence of PD pathology on both male patients’ and their female partners’ sexual spheres, and analyze changes in sexual function and perception following penile correction surgery.MethodsProspective study, we included male patients with PD and their female partner sexually active. Patients underwent corporoplasty with multiple plications. The male and female sexuality was evaluated before surgery and three months after male treatment by the Female sexual Function Index (FSFI); International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF); Visual Analogical Scale (VAS).ResultsFrom January 2018 to November 2019 we included 35 couple. The female subjects before partner’s surgery presented dyspareunia, loss of sexual desire, inability to achieve orgasm, and sexual dissatisfaction. At three months after surgical treatment there was an improvement of sexual function in both male patients and female partners (desire P<0.0001, arousal P<0.0001, lubrification P<0.0001, orgasm P<0.0001, satisfaction P<0.0001, pain P<0.0001). As regarding male patients the pain decreased significantly (VAS score from 6 to 2.5), while there was no statistically significant improvement in erectile function (P=0.05).ConclusionsOur findings suggest that a viable approach to treatment of PD patients that involves their partners could lead to better functional and psychological results.

医患关系在是规范浪潮冲击下出现了一些新的特征,同时也为医患双方提出了新的要求,作为医务人员一方应主动建立以病人为中心,充分新生病人权力的医疗服务体系,用主尚的医德医风去缔结医患关系。     

Siblings in foster care: Success and failure

This article reports on a retrospective study of 59 joint placements of siblings in foster homes, involving a total of 137 children. An overall picture is presented of the agencies' considerations in making these placements. The number of prematurely terminated placements in this group amounted to 14 (23.7%). Use of tactile stiffness to detect fatigue in the latissimus dorsi muscle

In clinical settings, no method has been established to examine the fatigue of a latissimus dorsi muscle (LDM) preconditioned for cardiomyoplasty. We examined the feasibility of measuring muscle stiffness (tactile stiffness) to evaluate muscle fatigue in situ using our tactile sensor. We stimulated canine LDM with burst pacing and monitored both stiffness and tension to determine their relationship. In both dissected LDM and LDM in situ, the decrements of these parameters during burst pacing were compared between preconditioned and unconditioned LDM. In measurement in situ, the sensor probe was placed on the LDM through a small incision. Strong statistical correlation was shown between stiffness and tension (r = 0.935). In decrements of stiffness in situ, there were statistically significant differences between preconditioned and unconditioned LDM. Our tactile sensor system can provide an efficient method for evaluating fatigue of muscles in situ without measuring muscle tension.     

人类乳头瘤病毒与宫颈癌关系的初步研究

目的：研究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16型和18型感染与宫颈癌的关系。方法：采用荧光探针PCR技术对62例患的宫颈管分泌物中HPV病原体分别进行检测，其中宫颈癌22例(包含CINⅢ级10例)；慢性宫颈炎20例；正常宫颈20例。结果：上述宫颈分泌物中的HPVl6、HPVl8总阳性率分别是59．1％、20．0％和0％，三差异具有显性，且CINⅢ级与宫颈癌I～Ⅲ期之间差异显。结论：HPVl6、HPVl8感染是宫颈癌致病的重要因素。HPVl6、HPVl8荧光探针PCR技术可以作为检测HPVl6、HPVl8感染及宫颈癌早期诊断标记之一。
