突发疫情对染料行业影响及对策

一场新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的爆发给染料行业的发展带来了影响,既有负面消极,也有积极影响。疫情将促进染料行业绿色发展,推动染料行业走向信息化、智能化时代,走向高质量发展,指出只要坚持绿色、创新和智能化,就能战胜疫情,推动中国染料行业稳健发展。     

Mg0.5NixZn0.5-xFe2O4 spinel as a sustainable magnetic nano-photocatalyst with dopant driven band shifting and reduced recombination for visible and solar degradation of Reactive Blue-19

Focussing on visible light active ferrites for high performance removal of noxious pollutants, we report the synthesis of Mg_0.5Ni_xZn_0.5-xFe₂O₄ (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, & 0.5) ferrite nanoparticle for degradation of reactive blue-19 (RB-19). Lattice parameters calculated using intense X-ray diffraction (XRD) peaks and Nelson-Riley plots (N-R plot) are in well agreement with each other. The sample Mg_0.5Ni_0.4Zn_0.1Fe₂O₄ (M5N4) exhibits best performance with 99.5% RB-19 degradation in 90 min under visible light. Photoluminescence (PL) results confirm that recombination of charge carriers is highly reduced in the photocatalyst. Scavenging experiments suggest that O₂⁻ radicals were the dominant species responsible for photocatalytic performance. The photocatalytic mechanism was explained in terms of dopant driven shifting of conduction bands and valence bands (calculated by Mott-Schottky plots). The thermodynamic probability of radical generation along with role of redox cycles of metal ions has been discussed in the mechanism. The dye degradation was ascertained by detection of intermediates via mass spectrometry analysis and a possible degradation route was also predicted. The findings in this work provide intriguing opportunities to modify the electronic band structure of spinel ferrites for visible and solar light photocatalytic activity for environmental detoxification.     

双级染料激光放大器泵浦能量分配的数值研究

用染料激光放大器的横向稳态泵浦理论，对不同的入射光能量选择不同的增益计算方法，研究了双级染料放大器的泵浦能量分配比例、泵浦光总能量和信号光能量大小对激光增益的影响。计算结果表明，对于其他参数确定的放大系统，存在着最佳的泵浦能量分配比例，可获得最大增益输出。通过自编程序的计算，可方便地找出特定系统泵浦能量分配比例的最佳值。     

Understanding and Modeling the Effect of Surfactants in Enhanced Particle Removal from Surfaces in Aqueous Media

The removal of particulate contamination is a critical issue for many manufacturing processes. It is particularly critical to the electronics industry in which small pieces of microscopic debris remaining after chemical mechanical planarization (cmp) using submicron polishing particles can cause device failure. One way to enhance particle removal following the cmp process is to utilize surfactants. Recent research has shown ways to model the effect of surfactants on enhanced particle removal. However, previous research has not demonstrated the effect of ionic strength on enhanced particle removal associated with surfactant use. Past research has also not shown the combined effects of ionic strength and surfactant concentration on enhanced particle removal using surfactants. This article summarizes the parameters affecting particle removal, and it provides data and analysis on the effect of ionic strength as well as the combined effects of ionic strength and surfactant concentration on particle removal following cmp processing.

Calendar maintenance of arbitrarily structured systems

A semi-Markov model is constructed that describes an arbitrarily structured multicomponent technological system and takes into account its calendar maintenance. 节理岩体的代表单元集合体模型及弹性参数预测

本文明确提出了节理岩体“代表单元集合体”的概念和模型，通过对节理岩体的“代表单元集合体”进行数值模拟，研究了节理岩体的“代表单元集合体”的变形特性，建立了节理岩体的弹性模型，提出了预测节理岩体宏观等效弹性参数的计算机模拟方法，并将其应用于岩体工程稳定性分析中。     

Calorimetric determination of the enthalpy change for the binding of methyl orange to poly(vinylpyrrolidone) in aqueous solution

Thermodynamic parameters have been determined for the interaction of methyl orange and poly(vinylpyrrolidone) in aqueous solutions containing tris, tris and hydrochloric acid, or water only. Enthalpy changes were determined by use of a flow microcalorimeter. Free energy changes were calculated from the results of equilbrium dialysis studies. The results are interpreted in terms of the behaviour of poly(vinylpyrrolidone) in these systems. Analysis of data shows that the hydrophobic interactions in the systems are in the order: tris > wateronly > tris-HC1.

UV-固化光纤色标油墨

报导了一类新型的化学功能材料———ＵＶ固化光纤色标油墨。该材料由可ＵＶ固化的有机硅环氧安息香酸丙烯酸酯（ＳＥＢＡ）和脂环族环氧丙烯酸酯（ＡＣＥＡ）两种光敏预聚物为基料，以自行合成的光敏染料———分散红氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯（ＲＵＡ）、分散蓝氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯（ＢＵＡ）和吖啶黄氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯（ＹＵＡ）为着色剂，加入必要的添加剂配制而成的ＵＶ固化光纤色标油墨。该色标油墨已在光纤生产中得到应用。
