The flame retardant polypropylene containing the micro-envelope core-shell structure flame retardant, which encapsulated ammonium polyphosphate into melamine-formaldehyde resin and sodium silicate through in situ polymerization was prepared with polyamide 6, added as a carbon-forming agent. The composition of ammonium polyphosphate, encapsulated ammonium polyphosphate with melamine-formaldehyde resin and the micro-envelope core-shell structure flame retardant were characterized. The fire safety and thermal stability were investigated and showed an improvement including limiting oxygen index, thermogravimetric analysis, vertical burning tests, and microscale combustion calorimeter. The burned compounds were also studied to confirm the burning mechanism. The results showed the flame retardant performance had been greatly improved, while polyamide 6 had better char-forming effect. Besides, the water solubility of flame retardants and their influence on the mechanical properties of polypropylene were also investigated. The results on the effects of additives demonstrated a high efficiency flame retardant to polypropylene. A core-shell flame retardant that sodium silicate and melamine-formaldehyde resin-coated ammonium polyphosphate had been constructed. The effect of the built flame retardant system on the combustion performance of polypropylene was studied from the mechanism and performance. The LOI of the most flame retardant polypropylene reached 28.6%, and UL-94 reached the V-0 level. 相似文献

在甲醇溶液中,用多聚甲醛部分代替甲醛溶液与三聚氰胺在碱性条件下发生羟甲基反应,初缩体在酸性条件下与甲醇同时发生醚化、自身缩聚,最后调碱降低树脂黏度制得水溶性好、固含量高的改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂湿强剂.应用实验结果表明,在最佳条件下制备的改性三聚氰甲醛树脂对漂白麦草浆有较好的增湿强作用,并分析了该树脂对纸样耐破度、耐折度及撕裂度的影响. 相似文献

采用化学沉淀法合成了纳米羟基锡酸锌(ZHS),然后以纳米ZHS为无机核,以三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂(MF)为有机壳层,构筑了一种新型的ZHS-MF复合阻燃剂,并将其用作软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)的阻燃添加剂进行了阻燃性能研究.XRD、TEM、FTIR、TG测试结果表明,所制备的产物为MF包覆ZHS的复合结构,ZHS质量分数约为35%.极限氧指数(LOI)测试结果表明,随着阻燃剂ZHS-MF添加量的增加,PVC的LOI逐渐上升,由纯PVC的23.8%上升到29.6%,表明ZHS-MF对PVC具有很好的阻燃效果.在相同LOI条件下ZHS-MF中ZHS实际含量比实际需要的ZHS明显减少,说明MF的包覆层与ZHS起到了协同阻燃作用.烟密度等级(SDR)测试结果表明,在ZHS-MF添加量为15%时,经MF包覆的ZHS对PVC的抑烟性能优于未包覆的ZHS,说明MF的包覆层与ZHS起到了协同抑烟作用. 相似文献

脲醛-三聚氰胺甲醛复合树脂胶作衬布硬挺整理剂使用时,必然带来甲醛的污染。在基本不影响衬布硬挺整理剂使用效果的情况下,用YZ-1作该复合树脂胶的游离甲醛捕捉剂,具有明显的消醛效果。当初始游离甲醛含量小于1.00%时,YZ-1的施加量小于1.0%,可使游离甲醛含量降至0.10%以下;当初始游离甲醛含量在2.00%~6.00%时,YZ-1的施加量为4.0%,可使游离甲醛含量降至0.22%。 相似文献

Ethylene was polymerized at 40°C temperature and 1 atm. pressure using melamine-formaldehyde (M-F) supported titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) catalyst. Polymer-supported catalysts were prepared with a different weight ratio of TiCl4/ M-F in hexane. The wt% titanium incorporated in the polymer matrix was determined by UV-visible spectroscopy. In addition, the resulting catalysts were characterized by SEM-EDX, XRD, and TGA. The catalytic productivity is found to be 4721.09 g PE/g Ti/h. The productivity of the catalysts also depends on the titanium content in the polymer matrix. The catalyst with titanium content 3.5 wt% showed maximum activity. 以低甲醚化蜜胺树脂为壁材,香精为芯材,采用原位聚合法制备了一系列香精微胶囊.通过对所制备的香精微胶囊进行显微观察、粒度分析、包裹率测试和稳定性考察,研究了工艺条件的影响,并对香精微胶囊的多层造壁效果进行了分析.结果表明,在搅拌速度为600r/min,壁材预聚体滴加时间为30min,50min缓慢升温至75℃保温固化的条件下所得到的香精微胶囊包覆效果良好,产品乳液稳定;双层壁材香精微胶囊的粒径分布最窄,而三层壁材的香精微胶囊具有最高的热稳定性,包裹率可达92.26%. 相似文献

合成了有机硅改性的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。采用正交实验方法研究了有机硅添加量、聚乙烯醇添加量、三聚氰胺/甲醛比例3种因素对树脂断裂伸长率的影响;采用红外光谱和热失重分析法对试样进行了测试。结果表明,有机硅的加入确使树脂的韧性有所提高,但是对树脂的耐热性能有一定不良影响。 相似文献

制备了一种稳定性大于6个月的醚化改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF),并研究了其对纸张强度的影响;通过红外光谱、差示扫描量热、扫描电子显微镜等对聚合物及纸张的检测结果表明,制备的改性MF湿强剂对纸张物理性能有显著增强作用,纸张湿强度保留率为24%,将其与聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)复配应用于抄片中,不但显著提高了纸张的湿强度、干抗张强度、施胶度等性能,而且拓宽了改性MF的pH值使用范围,减少了酸用量,有利于在中性条件下抄纸. 相似文献

通过原位聚合法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO)改性的密胺树脂(MF)/石蜡相变微胶囊。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析等手段分析了相变微胶囊的微观结构及热性能,研究了GO含量对相变微胶囊形貌、包覆率和渗漏率的影响。研究结果表明,制备的相变微胶囊为较规则的球形,GO的加入并没有改变壁材或芯材的化学结构;GO改性使相变微胶囊的包覆率由91.39%提高至94.08%,增大了相变微胶囊的储能能力;GO改性相变微胶囊的防渗性能得到大幅提升,250h时的渗漏率由9.43%下降至2.68%,下降了71.6%,相变微胶囊的使用寿命得到提高。 相似文献
