谷物和饲料中霉菌毒素的污染严重影响着养殖业的发展和人类的健康.沸石及其改性产品水合硅铝酸盐类和有机沸石对霉菌毒素具有极强的吸附性,作为有效控制霉菌毒素毒性的技术措施已有许多研究报道.本文重点综述了沸石脱除霉菌毒素的体内外实验结果,介绍了沸石消除霉菌毒素毒性的作用机理及存在的问题,提出了沸石作为霉菌毒素脱毒剂进行改性加工及相关产品集成组装的原则,旨在为开发研制沸石类高效霉菌毒素脱毒剂产品提供科学参考.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Fusarium graminearum and F. verticillioides are two very important mycotoxigenic species as they cause diverse diseases in crops. The effects of constant and cycling temperatures on growth and mycotoxin production of these species were studied on soybean based medium and on irradiated soya beans. RESULTS: F. graminearum grew better when was incubated at 15, 20 and 15–20 °C (isothermal or cycling temperature) during 21 days of incubation. Maximum levels of zearalenone and deoxynivalenol (39.25 and 1040.4 µg g?1, respectively) were detected on soya beans after 15 days of incubation and the optimal temperature for mycotoxin production was 15 °C for zearalenone and 20 °C for deoxynivalenol. F. verticillioides grew better at 25 °C in culture medium and at 15/20 °C and 15/25 °C on soybean seeds. Fumonisin B1 was produced only in culture medium, and the maximum level (7.38 µg g?1) was found at 15 °C after 7 days of incubation. CONCLUSION: When growth and mycotoxin production under cycling temperatures were predicted from the results under constant conditions, observed values were different from calculated for both species and substrate medium. Therefore, care should be taken if data at constant temperature conditions are to be extrapolated to real field conditions. Copyright © 2012 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Mycotoxins are highly toxic metabolites produced by fungi that pose a huge threat to human and animal health. Contamination of food and feed with mycotoxins is a worldwide issue, which leads to huge financial losses, annually. Decades of research have developed various approaches to degrade mycotoxins, among which the biological methods have been proved to have great potential and advantages. This review provides an overview on the important advances in the biological removal of mycotoxins over the last decade. Here, we provided further insight into the chemical structures and the toxicity of the main mycotoxins. The innovative strategies including mycotoxin degradation by novel probiotics are summarized in an in-depth discussion on potentialities and limitations. We prospected the promising future for the development of multifunctional approaches using recombinant enzymes and microbial consortia for the simultaneous removal of multiple mycotoxins.  相似文献

建立了同步检测粮食中15种真菌毒素的杂质吸附固相萃取–超高效液相色谱串联质谱方法。样品经0.1%酸化84%乙腈水溶液提取,杂质吸附柱Prime-HLB净化后,加入稳定同位素内标补偿基质效应干扰,选择Phenomenon Kinetex Bipheny l100A作为分离柱,采用梯度洗脱,超高效液相色谱–串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测,内标法定量。结果表明,15种真菌毒素的线性相关系数均大于0.996,检出限为0.2~15 μg/kg,定量限为0.8~30 μg/kg;三种基质3个添加水平的回收率为76.9%~116.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~10%;对玉米基质标准物质进行检测验证,表明8种真菌毒素的检测值均在标示范围内;采用本方法检测了市售粮食135批次,共有97批样品检出真菌毒素,检出率为71%,多毒素同时污染现象较为普遍。方法可用于粮食及其制品中真菌毒素的快速检测。  相似文献

In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in investigating the carcinogenicity of mycotoxins in humans. This systematic review aims to provide an overview of data linking exposure to different mycotoxins with human cancer risk. Publications (2019 and earlier) of case–control or longitudinal cohort studies were identified in PubMed and EMBASE. These articles were then screened by independent reviewers and their quality was assessed according to the Newcastle–Ottawa scale. Animal, cross‐sectional, and molecular studies satisfied criteria for exclusion. In total, 14 articles were included: 13 case–control studies and 1 longitudinal cohort study. Included articles focused on associations of mycotoxin exposure with primary liver, breast, and cervical cancer. Overall, a positive association between the consumption of aflatoxin‐contaminated foods and primary liver cancer risk was verified. Two case–control studies in Africa investigated the relationship between zearalenone and its metabolites and breast cancer risk, though conflicting results were reported. Two case–control studies investigated the association between hepatocellular carcinoma and fumonisin B1 exposure, but no significant associations were observed. This systematic review incorporates several clear observations of dose‐dependent associations between aflatoxins and liver cancer risk, in keeping with IARC Monograph conclusions. Only few human epidemiological studies investigated the associations between mycotoxin exposures and cancer risk. To close this gap, more in‐depth research is needed to unravel evidence for other common mycotoxins, such as deoxynivalenol and ochratoxin A. The link between mycotoxin exposures and cancer risk has mainly been established in experimental studies, and needs to be confirmed in human epidemiological studies to support the evidence‐based public health strategies.  相似文献

Durum wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) has potential as an adjunct in brewing given its agronomic, chemical and technological properties. The aim of this work were to identify the cultivable microflora and evaluate the technological quality of the durum wheat variety ‘Senatore Cappelli’ grown and used by a craft brewery in Sardinia, Italy. The isolated bacterial strains were mainly rhizospheric (Kocuria rizophila, Microbacterium aerolatum and Bacillus pumilus) and associated with the microbiota of wheat (Staphylococcus spp.). None have been reported previously as spoilage species in brewing. The dominant yeast genera were Cryptococcus spp. and Rhodotorula spp., followed by Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The dominant filamentous fungus genera were Alternaria and Rhizopus. Low levels of mycotoxigenic Fusarium spp., Aspergillus spp. and Penicillium spp. were isolated. However, the levels of deoxynivalenol, T2‐HT2, fumonisin, aflatoxin and ochratoxin detected in the malt and grain were below the thresholds defined by European law. Malt obtained from raw grain showed interesting technological properties, but required specific malting parameters different from those of common wheat and barley. These data suggest that the use of locally grown durum wheat in brewing can increase sustainability and reduce costs, while reinforcing the link with the terroir and promoting reduced mycotoxin levels. © 2019 The Institute of Brewing & Distilling  相似文献

目的建立基于表面等离子共振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)技术快速检测食品中玉米赤霉烯酮毒素(zearalenone,ZEN)的方法。方法采用表面自组装技术(self-assembled monolayer,SAM)在金膜的表面修饰羧基基团,将ZEN抗原与牛血清白蛋白(albumin from bovine serum,BSA)偶联物(ZEN-BSA)通过共价键固定在芯片的表面,采用竞争法检测样品中的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素。结果该方法的检测限为8.2 ng/m L,ZEN单克隆抗体与呕吐毒素、黄曲霉毒素B_1、赭曲霉毒素、伏马毒素等没有交叉反应,与α-玉米赤霉烯醇和β-玉米赤霉烯醇交叉反应率分别为15.3%和11.5%。结论本方法具有简便、快速和高灵敏度等优势,在食品中真菌毒素的快速检测方面具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献
