Reciprocal Relationships Between Collective Efficacy and Team Performance in Women's Ice Hockey.

This study examined reciprocal relationships between collective efficacy and team performance over a season of competition in women's intercollegiate ice hockey within weekends where the opponent was constant for 2 games. Collective efficacy beliefs within 12 teams were assessed prior to both games for at least 7 weekends. Team performance indexes produced an overall measure of performance for each game. The average influence of Saturday collective efficacy on Saturday performance was moderate and positive after controlling for Friday performance. The average influence of Friday performance on Saturday collective efficacy was small and positive after removing the influence of Friday collective efficacy from Friday performance. Precision equipment for symmetrical bending— Part 1. The loading system

The design and performance of precision bending equipment for testing straight beams with constant rectangular section under a pure bending moment is described. Part 1 deals with the loading arrangements and Part 2 with the rig for measuring beam deflection. The methods for recording deflection of strain gauges applied on the beam have been described elsewhere.^1–4
The reactions to the deadweight gravity loads are taken via ball bearings. The total bending moment inaccuracy, i.e. the sum of estimated systematic errors and random errors, the latter expressed as the 2Ga confidence interval about the mean (2G_cim), is about ± 25 x. 10^-4%, for 23 tests with a steel beam with 15 mm × 75 mm cross sectional dimensions, loaded to 1-1.5 mm/m strain.
The measuring rig stands on the beam via hardened and polished spherical segment feet and uses a capacitive transducer system with less than 5nm resolution. Various application tasks are described. The total inaccuracy of the measured deflection, i.e. apart from bending moment inaccuracy, is about ± 35 times 10^4% for about 10 reproduced, not repeated, tests with the same steel beam. The deflection for such a beam is of the order of 2 to 4 mm.

单桩腿有限元分析

为保证桩腿在冬季冰区海域的安全使用,对桩腿结构进行冰载荷作用下的强度分析。应用ANSYS软件建立桩腿、地基、冰相互作用的仿真计算模型,实现桩腿的力学分析。对桩腿进行了强度校核,计算出冰载荷作用下桩腿的变形及其应力状态。计算结果表明,桩腿在此冰载荷作用下强度满足安全要求。     

轴向进给比对薄壁管滚珠旋压影响的有限元分析

通过有限元数值模拟方法得出滚珠旋压中薄壁管在不同凹模旋转速度条件下轴向进给比的变化规律及工件的成形规律,并对模拟结果的等效应变分布做了分析,并与实验结果进行比较,给出薄壁管滚珠旋压时进给比的选取范围.结果表明,进给比对滚珠旋压中薄壁管直径的胀缩和工件的质量有着显著的影响.另外,从计算的模具所受的三向载荷变化情况分析了模具的使用寿命.     

Satellite SAR Remote Sensing of Great Lakes Ice Cover,Part 2. Ice Classification and Mapping

During the 1997 winter season, shipborne polarimetric backscatter measurements of Great Lakes (freshwater) ice types using the Jet Propulsion Laboratory C-band scatterometer, together with surface-based ice physical characterization measurements and environmental parameters, were acquired concurrently with Earth Resource Satellite 2 (ERS-2) and RADARSAT Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data. This polarimetric data set, composed of over 20 variations of different ice types measured at incident angles from 0° to 60° for all polarizations, was processed to radar cross-section to establish a library of signatures (look-up table) for different ice types. The library is used in the computer classification of calibrated satellite SAR data. Computer analysis of ERS-2 and RADARSAT ScanSAR images of Great Lakes ice cover using a supervised classification technique indicates that different ice types in the ice cover can be identified and mapped, and that wind speed and direction can have an influence on the classification of water as ice based on single frequency, single polarization data. Once satellite SAR data are classified into ice types, the ice map provides important and necessary input for environmental protection and management, ice control and ice breaking operations, and ice forecasting and modeling efforts.     

关于粉体成球机盘体几何形状的研究

通过对粉体小球在粉体成球机盘底上运动轨线的研究,利用Euler定理,结合其参数特点,得到了不同几何形状的盘底在成球过程中对粉体小球运动的影响,球面盘底较平面盘底更有利于成球的结论。

液态烃球罐安全应用探讨

液态烃常温球罐储存技术相当成熟,但在实际应用方面仍然存在许多问题,影响安全储存。针对使用过程中所了解的一些具体做法进行了分析和探讨,对球罐的改造和设计提供了必要的参考。     

新型无杆水力采油装置研制与应用

针对中原油田中后期开发存在的液面降低、泵挂加深使得抽油机载荷增加、冲程损失增大、杆管偏磨严重等问题,研制了新型无杆水力采油装置。该装置采用球阀换向,冲程长、冲次低。现场试验时SC38—74—4.8型无杆水力采油装置与常规管式抽油泵联用,下泵深度1650m,冲程4.8m,冲次2.7min-1,日注水量72m3,产出液60m3。结果表明,新型无杆水力采油装置延长了抽油泵的使用寿命,彻底根除了杆管偏磨,采用球阀换向,对动力液要求较低,日常维护简单。
