In the present work, the prospects and trends of solid electrolyte membrane reactors (SEMRs) towards hydrogen production, are discussed. Initially, an overview of the principles, the properties and the techniques related to the usage of the SEMRs, are presented. In the following, a literature survey covering earlier and recent developments of the various methods (e.g. reforming or partial oxidation or dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons, steam electrolysis) employed in the SEMRs for the production of hydrogen, is performed. Finally, the current status of this research field is analyzed and future research topics are proposed.  相似文献

Alumina-supported vanadium oxide, VOx/Al2O3, and binary vanadium–antimony oxides, VSbOx/Al2O3, have been tested in the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation with carbon dioxide and characterized by SBET, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction and CO2 pulse methods. VSbOx/Al2O3 exhibited enhanced catalytic activity and especially on-stream stability compared to VOx/Al2O3 catalyst. Incorporation of antimony into VOx/Al2O3 increased dispersion of active VOx species, enhanced redox properties of the systems and formed a new mixed vanadium–antimony oxide phase in the most catalytically efficient V0.43Sb0.57Ox/Al2O3 system.  相似文献

The continuous production of hydrogen from cyclohexanes is achieved effectively using Pt/ACF (ACF = activated carbon fiber) catalysts in a fixed-bed flow reactor. The Pt catalysts are more effective than a Pd/ACF catalyst for the reaction. Besides cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, 1,4-dimethylcyclohexane, and p-menthane can also be employed as hydrogen source in the reaction system.  相似文献

对乙苯脱氢氧化工艺过程进行了热力学分析,表明氧化烧氢具有提高平衡转化率和能量合理利用的优点。通过一维拟均相模型模拟计算,比较了乙苯脱氢与乙苯脱氢氧化的反应效果,并由实验得到了验证。同时还讨论了乙苯实验转化率提高不多的原因。  相似文献

Using a scanning-tunneling microscope, reflection high-energy electron diffraction and photoelectron spectra with synchrotron radiation, we investigated the temperature dependence of the dehydrogenation of cyclohexene (C6H10) adsorbed on Pt nanoclusters supported on an ultra-thin film of Al2O3/NiAl(100). The Pt clusters, grown by vapor deposition, are structurally ordered and exhibit a mean diameter 2.2 nm and height 0.4 nm. The progress of dehydrogenation was monitored through the temporal variation of C 1s photoelectron spectra; analysis of these features revealed that the dehydrogenation of cyclohexene with increasing sample temperature occurs as a sequential process beginning around 150 K, a temperature significantly less than that for Pt single-crystal surfaces. The dehydrogenation behavior, particularly the decomposition into elemental carbon, is found to vary with Pt coverage.  相似文献

Dehydrogenation and aromatization of methane under non-oxidizing conditions   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
The dehydrogenation and aromatization of methane on modified ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts has been studied under non-oxidizing conditions with a fixed bed continuous-flow reactor and with a temperature programmed reactor. The results show that benzene is the only hydrocarbon product of the catalytic conversion of methane at high temperature (973 K). The catalytic activity of ZSM-5 is greatly improved by incorporating a metal cation (Mo or Zn). H2 and ethene have been directly detected in the products with a mass spectrometer during TPAR. A carbenium ion mechanism for the activation of methane is suggested.  相似文献

随着我国高等学校各项建设工作的大力推进,实验设备的需求也逐渐丰富起来。传统的化学工程专业实验设备的控制简单,与现今的大工业生产的装置自动化程度相比,有一定的脱节。这对于高校培养具有创新能力的"技术型"和"应用型"人才是不利的。华东理工大学化工学院的化学工程与工艺专业实验中心自主设计具有计算机控制的,能适应本专业学生的大型化工流程实验装置——乙苯负压脱氢制苯乙烯装置,运用MCGS工控组态软件对乙苯负压脱氢制苯乙烯装置进行自动控制系统的设计,实现了对脱氢装置的实验过程的监控,从而达到了实验的要求。  相似文献

A mathematical model has been developed to study the impact of nozzle-catalyst distance and bulk gas temperature on the conversion and hydrogen evolution rate in a spray pulse reactor. The effects of reactor configuration and operating parameters on conversion and evolution rate were predicted with more than 90% accuracy. Reactor optimization and sensitivity analysis were carried out and an optimal design of nozzle-catalyst distance 5 cm and bulk gas temperature of 50 °C were proposed. The optimized design was predicted to increase the conversion from approximately 32–74%. The model could be in general used for designing any endothermic heterogeneous catalytic reaction in a spray pulse reactor.  相似文献
