[目的]研究超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总抗氧化状态(TAS)联合血脂检测在早老性痴呆症诊断中的应用价值:[方法]选择浦东新区精神卫生中心早老性痴呆专科门诊患者54例,作超敏C反应蛋白、总抗氧化状态与血脂检测。[结果]与对照组比较,实验组hs-CRP、TAS差异非常显著,t1=4.55,t2=2.79,P1〈0.001,P2〈0.01;血脂中甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B、Lp(a)差异显著;t1=3.01,P1〈0.01,t2=2.21,P2〈0.05,t3=2.64,P3〈0.01,t4=1.91,P4〈0.05。[结论]超敏C反应蛋白、总抗氧化状态联合血脂(甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B、Lp(a))检测对实验室诊断早老性痴呆症具有较好敏感性和特异性,临床应用前景乐观。 相似文献

目的对孕妇产前心理状态及其影响因素进行调查和评定,以探讨心理因素对分娩方式的影响。方法用综合医院焦虑/抑郁情绪测定量表,采用调查问卷法。结果有焦虑/抑郁症状组与无焦虑/抑郁症状组剖宫产率分别为80%和30%,差异有非常显著性(χ2=25.25,P<0.01);两组产后出血和新生儿阿氏评分,差异也有非常显著性,对婴儿的哺乳喂养方式(母乳、混合、人工)两组亦存在显著性差异(χ2=7.36,P<0.05)。结论产前对有焦虑/抑郁障碍的孕妇进行科学、整体的护理,实施有效的心理干预,可以减轻甚至消除焦虑/抑郁情绪,使孕妇处于最佳身心状态,保障母婴平安度过分娩期。 相似文献

目的 探讨膳食黑米皮对高脂诱导的家兔动脉粥样硬化形成的影响及其作用机制。方法 24只雄性新西兰大耳白家兔,按体重随机分为3组,分别饲以正常基础饲料、高脂饲料(含96%基础饲料、0.5%胆固醇、3.5%猪油)、黑米皮饲料(含 91%基础饲料、0.5%胆固醇、3.5%猪油、5%黑米皮),实验期为 60d。用图像分析法测定各组家兔主动脉脂质斑块面积,并分析家兔氧化与抗氧化状态。结果 黑米皮实验家兔的主动脉壁斑块面积较高脂组低66%(P<0.001);黑米皮组实验家兔的主动脉壁8-ohdG含量和血清及主动脉壁中MDA水平也低于高脂组(P<0.05 );而红细胞及主动脉壁中SOD水平和血清α-生育酚含量在两个处理组之间差异无显著性。结论 膳食黑米皮可以抑制高脂诱导的家兔动脉粥样硬化形成,其机制可能与之降低机体氧化应激水平及过氧化脂质生成有关。 相似文献

Nonconvulsive status epilepticus may be subdivided into generalized (absence) status and complex partial status. The latter is regarded as a rarity, whereas the former constitutes the dominant part of the hitherto reported cases. We report 10 consecutive cases of adult patients with nonconvulsive status epilepticus, all documented by ictal electroencephalographic (EEG) recordings. Five had a complex partial status; the origin of the complex partial status appeared to be frontal in four of these patients. Three had recurrent complex partial seizures with incomplete recovery between seizures, and two had more continuous symptoms. One of the latter exhibited neither motor phenomena nor automatisms. The effect of diazepam or clonazepam was immediate in all 10 cases though transient in eight. A lasting control of the status was not achieved in six patients until i.v. phenytoin was added. The difficulties in the differentiation between complex partial status and absence status despite ictal EEG recordings are discussed, illustrated by a case with seizure discharges of a focal onset which rapidly generalized. The study indicates that complex partial status may be more common and the clinical expressions of absence status more variable than hitherto recognized. 相似文献

Although previous studies have shown successful treatment of persistent diarrhea (PD) with the use of yogurt-based diets, some recent ones speculate the need of special formulas for the nutritional management of PD complicated cases. In the present study, we tested the hypothesis that the consumption of 3 lactose-free diets, with different degrees of complexity, is associated with lower stool output and shorter duration of diarrhea when compared with the use of a yogurt-based one on the nutritional management of PD. A total of 154 male infants, aged between 1 and 30 months, with PD and with or without dehydration, were randomly assigned to 1 of 4 treatment groups. Throughout the study, the patients were placed in a metabolic unit; their body weights and intakes of oral rehydration solution, water, and formula diets, in addition to outputs of stool, urine, and vomit, were measured and recorded at 24-hour intervals. Four different diets were used in this study: diet 1, yogurt-based formula; diet 2, soy-based formula; diet 3, hydrolyzed protein-based formula; and diet 4, amino acid–based formula. Throughout the study, only these formula diets were fed to the children. The data showed that children fed the yogurt-based diet (diet 1) or the amino acid–based diet (diet 4) had a significant reduction in stool output and in the duration of diarrhea. The use of an inexpensive and worldwide-available yogurt-based diet is recommended as the first choice for the nutritional management of mild to moderate PD. For the few complicated PD cases, when available, a more complex amino acid–based diet should be reserved for the nutritional management of these unresponsive and severe presentations. Soy-based or casein-based diets do not offer any specific advantage or benefits and do not seem to have a place in the management of PD. 相似文献

Research has shown that increasing numbers of teenagers are going online to find health information, but it is unclear whether there are disparities in the prevalence of online health seeking among young Internet users associated with social and economic conditions. Existing literature on Internet uses by adults indicates that low income, less educated, and minority individuals are less likely to be online health seekers. Based on the analysis of data from the Pew Internet and American Life Project for the US, this study finds that teens of low education parents are either as likely as or even more likely than teens of high education parents to seek online health information. Multiple regression analysis shows that the higher engagement in health seeking by teens of low education parents is related to a lower prevalence of parental Internet use, suggesting that some of these teens may be seeking online health information on behalf of their low education parents. Implications of these findings are discussed in relation to the issues of the digital divide and digital empowerment. 相似文献

Workplace status and risk of hypertension among hourly and salaried aluminum manufacturing employees

An inverse relationship between workplace status and morbidity is well established; higher job status has been associated with reduced risks of heart disease, hypertension, and injury. Most research on job status, however, has focused on salaried populations, and it remains unclear whether job status operates similarly among hourly workers. Our objectives were to examine whether hourly status itself influences risk of hypertension after adjustment for socioeconomic confounders, and to explore the role of fine-scale job grade on hypertension incidence within hourly and salaried groups. We examined data for 14,999 aluminum manufacturing employees in 11 plants across the U.S., using logistic regression with adjustment for age, sex, race/ethnicity and other individual characteristics. Propensity score restriction was used to identify comparable groups of hourly and salaried employees, reducing confounding by sociodemographic characteristics. Job grade (coded 1 through 30, within hourly and salaried groups) was examined as a more refined measure of job status. Hourly status was associated with an increased risk of hypertension, after propensity restriction and adjustment for confounders. The observed effect of hourly status was stronger among women, although the propensity-restricted cohort was disproportionately male (96%). Among salaried workers, higher job grade was not consistently associated with decreased risk; among hourly employees, however, there was a significant trend, with higher job grades more protective against hypertension. Aim and methods Nutrition, unhealthy lifestyles and cancer appear to be strictly related, but few authors have analysed the interest in dietary
information of cancer patients and their families. This survey was conducted in the Veneto area (Italy) to investigate the
concern of cancer patients and their family members about diet as a health tool before and after diagnosis of cancer.
Results Seven hundred and four questionnaires were collected: 380 from cancer patients and 324 from family members of cancer subjects.
Breast cancer (BC) was the most frequent disease for patients (61.8%) as well as families (26.5%). Generally, the importance
of having precise diet information after diagnosis is recognised by 40.3% of patients, with significant differences between
the various types of cancer: gastric and colon/rectum cancer (GCC) patients were more concerned than BC women about precise
information concerning a diet to follow immediately after diagnosis (p = 0.000, ODs = 3.10, CI 1.68–5.71) or during treatments (p = 0.001, ODs = 2.67, CI 1.46–4.89). The nutritional information is supplied to patients in 34% of cases and to relatives
in 30.3%, often from non-medical sources. In total healthcare workers (family doctor, oncologist, surgeon, dietician) represented
the exclusive source of dietary information for 24.9% of patients and 22.9% of family members. Diet after diagnosis changes
in 69.1% of GCC patients and in 39.2% of BC women. Relatives, particularly women, report difficulties preparing patients’
meals in 30.7% of cases, changes in the eating habits of the entire family in 29.9% and discontent connected with patients
diet in 13.9%. The concern about proper nutrition after diagnosis increases more in GCC subjects (p < 0.025) when compared to BC subjects and in patients with more recent diagnosis (p < 0.041) when compared with patients with diagnosis >5 years ago, while in family members the interest in diet after diagnosis
increases more in women than in men (p < 0.030) without other differences regarding the degree of relationship, type of cancer or diagnosis time. Relatives (92.7%)
have more interest in nutritional education than patients (74.9%). Cancer patients <65 years were more interested in educational
initiatives concerning nutrition (p = 0.000, ODs = 4.46, CI 2.6–7.4) than older patients (>65 years) and female subjects were more concerned than male patients
(p = 0.008, ODs = 2.11, CI 1.2–3.6).
Conclusions The interest in the dietary knowledge and in educational initiatives concerning nutrition is high in cancer patients and their
relatives, although it decreases with the age. The poor attention paid to nutrition of cancer patients by various healthcare
workers deserves consideration, since the psychophysical wellbeing and perhaps also survival of cancer patients can be improved
by correct dietary management, as well as, naturally, by the principal treatments themselves. 相似文献
