循环系统里的成熟红细胞在其生命过程里经历着氧化性衰老,相应细胞组份出现血红蛋白变性、膜蛋白交联、带3蛋白聚集以及带3蛋白降解等多种修饰。这些修饰作为红细胞膜上的衰老信号参与构成衰老细胞抗原,由此启动与IgG自身抗体(主要为带3蛋白抗体)的结合以及补体的沉淀,最终是免疫吞噬系统对异常细胞的识别清除.现就衰老红细胞与带3蛋白的关系作一综述。  相似文献

The broad background of scattered light observed in spectra of cell suspensions is reduced by factors of up to 20 by immersion refractometry allowing for improved spectroscopic determination of the absorption properties of cells in the 325-820 nm range. Refractive-index matched spectra of E. coli C1a exhibit a set of resonant features near 422, 561, and 582 nm. Exposure wavelengths are chosen based on this spectrum and cell viability is investigated in E. coli suspensions exposed to 350, 400, 422, 440, and 700 nm radiation delivered in nanosecond pulses with total doses from 500 millijoules to 60 Joules. We observe a loss in cell viability for doses greater than 1 Joule at 422 nm and for all doses at other wavelengths; exposures of less than 1 Joule at 422 nm enhance growth. Excluding exposures at wavelengths within the resonant feature, longer wavelengths are less effective at reducing the viability of E. coli C1a. This indicates the occurrence of at least two absorption processes.  相似文献

An immunoblotting procedure is described which makes it possible to screen multiple blood samples for the presence of glycophorin and band 3 variant forms with altered electrophoretic mobility. The procedure can be simplified by using whole red blood cell hemolysates instead of membranes for SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The use of hemolysates also has the advantage that antigens sensitive to proteolysis are not degraded in vitro. The same nitrocellulose blots were used for immunoenzymatic detection of glycophorins with a set of anti-glycophorin monoclonal antibodies, and for autoradiographic detection of band 3-derived bands with 125I-labeled anti-band 3 monoclonal antibody. The screening of 157 Caucasian blood samples revealed the presence of a slower-migrating form of band 3 in seven cases and variant glycophorin in one case. The variant glycophorin exhibited the features of hybrid glycophorin of B-A type.  相似文献

Summary The erythrocyte band 3 (EPB3) variant, band 3 Memphis (EPB3*Memphis), was detected by immunoblotting with a monoclonal antibody to the 41 kDa cytoplasmic N-terminal domain of band 3 without protease treatment of erythrocytes. EPB3*Memphis was also detected by immunoblotting from 3-month-old bloodstains subjected to -chymotrypsin treatment. A population genetic study using this method indicated that the EPB3 variant would be useful for forensic work in Japan, since the frequency of this variant in Japanese (Wakayama prefecture) is relatively high (0.159).  相似文献

The success of vertical gastroplasty may be jeopardized by gastric leakage or ulceration due to failure of the technique. Reports of band erosion and staple-line leakage have led us to seek technical improvements to reduce technical failures. We describe a modification to the technique of band placement and a manoeuvre to aid the placement of staples when the TA90 staple gun is used.  相似文献

目的优选建昌帮炮制辅料蜜炙谷糠(蜜糠)的最佳制备工艺。方法以总黄酮、阿魏酸、醇浸出物、水浸出物、水分量及外观性状为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察加蜜量、加水量、炒制时间和温度对蜜糠制备工艺的影响,确定最佳制备工艺。结果蜜糠最佳制备工艺为加谷糠量30%的蜜,加蜜量50%的水,在90℃下炒制120 s。结论优选的蜜糠制备工艺切实可行,为建昌帮炮制辅料蜜糠质量标准的制定奠定基础。  相似文献

目的:分析比较鹰嘴解剖形接骨板与张力带治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效。方法:随机选取2012年8月-2013年8月在本院就诊的尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者60例作为研究对象,在2013年8月-2014年8月对术后患者进行完全随访。将60例研究对象随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组采用克氏针张力带钢丝固定法,试验组采用鹰嘴解剖形接骨板固定法。术后通过完全随访,追踪患者的康复情况,包括肘关节功能评定、骨折愈合状况和并发症发生率等,对两组患者尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗效果进行比较。结果:本次研究60例患者均得到随访,骨折均获得骨性愈合。试验组优25例,良3例,可2例,优良率93.3%;对照组优23例,良4例,可2例,差1例,优良率90.0%。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:鹰嘴解剖形接骨板与张力带内固定这两种治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的方法在疗效上无明显差别,都是较为有效的治疗方法,临床上对于尺骨鹰嘴骨折的治疗需要针对不同骨折类型和人群需要而选择不同的手术方法。  相似文献

BackgroundAlthough electrocardiography and cardiac troponin play important roles in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), there remain unmet clinical needs. Heart-type fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP) has been identified as an early diagnostic marker of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In this study, we examined the diagnostic and prognostic value of H-FABP in patients suspected with ACS.MethodsWe conducted an observational single-center cohort study, including 89 adults aged 30 years or older, who presented to the emergency room (ER) within 24 hours after the onset of chest pain and/or dyspnea. We performed laboratory analysis and point-of-care testing (POCT) for cardiac markers, including H-FABP, troponin I, and creatine kinase-myocardial band. We also evaluated the correlation between cardiac markers and left ventricular (LV) dysfunction and extent of coronary artery disease (CAD).ResultsIn patients presented to ER within 4 hours after symptom onset (n = 49), the diagnostic accuracy of H-FABP for AMI, as quantified by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve, was higher (0.738; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.591–0.885) than other cardiac markers. In POCT, the diagnostic accuracy of H-FABP (56%; 95% CI, 45–67) was significantly higher than other cardiac markers. H-FABP was correlated with not extent of CAD but post-AMI LV dysfunction.ConclusionH-FABP is a useful cardiac marker for the early diagnosis of AMI and prediction of myocardia injury. Difference in the circulatory release timeline of cardiac markers could explain its utility in early-stage of myocardial injury.  相似文献
