热载流子注入对MOS结构C─V和I─V特性的影响

讨论了热载流子注入对ＭＯＳ结构Ｃ─Ｖ和Ｉ─Ｖ特性的影响。指出热载流子效应引起载流子陷落和界面态的产生，导致Ｃ─Ｖ特性曲线畸变、平带电压漂移和恒定电压下ＳｉＯ２漏电流随时间漂移。本文论述了这些漂移的机理，提出了漂移的ｔｎ物理模型，从而很好地解释了实验所观察到的现象。     

一类负模量Kirchhoff - Carrier方程的解

利用变分方法和反证法研究了一类含有非线性项的Kirchhoff - Carrier方程,证明了当0<λ1时,该方程至少存在一对非平凡解,且当λ≥a λ₁时该方程不存在同号解.     

Nickel-Carnosine complex:A new carrier for enzymes immobilization by affinity adsorption

Immobilization is an effective method to promote the application of enzyme industry for improving the stability and realizing recovery of enzyme.To some extent,the performance of immobilized enzyme depends on the choice of carrier material.Therefore,the development of new carrier materials has been one of the key issues concerned by enzyme immobilization researchers.In this work,a novel organic-inorganic hybrid material,nickel-carnosine complex (NiCar),was synthesized for the first time by solvothermal method.The obtained NiCar exhibits spherical morphology,hierarchical porosity and abun-dant unsaturated coordination nickel ions,which provide excellent anchoring sites for the immobiliza-tion of proteins.His-tagged organophosphate-degrading enzyme (OpdA) and ω-transaminase (ω-TA)were used as model enzymes to evaluate the performance of NiCar as a carrier.By a simple adsorption process,the enzyme molecules can be fixed on the particles of NiCar,and the stability and reusability are significantly improved.The analysis of protein adsorption on NiCar verified that the affinity adsorp-tion between the imidazole functional group on the protein and the unsaturated coordination nickel ions on NiCar was the main force in the immobilization process,which provided an idea way for the develop-ment of new enzyme immobilization carriers.     

相位测量定位法在焦炉车辆上的应用与研究

文中通过测量载波相位进行定位的方法来解决焦炉车辆的定位问题，以达到无线定位的目的。并对定位的数学模型进行了详细的分析与论述。     

甚高频信号源的设计

为了给小型信标模拟器提供甚高频载波,利用锁相环（phase loop lock,PLL）频率合成原理,使用集成锁相频率合成器ADF4360-8设计甚高频（ultra high frequency,UHF）信号源,详述了电路的硬件设计,简要介绍了软件设计。实验结果表明,频率误差小于±0.002%,达到了预期的技术指标。     

集群通信中64QAM调制器的设计

在集群通信系统中,为了利用语音信道进行数据传输,设计了一种以64QAM作为调制方式的调制器.讲述了64QAM的原理,给出了系统设计的方框图和软件编程的流程,对调制器中几个重要的功能模块进行详细说明,最后利用DSP芯片通过软件编程进行实现.     

卫星信号模拟器CBOC中频信号设计与实现

GNSS卫星信号模拟器对于GNSS系统及用户接收机的研究和设计起着非常重要的作用。本文主要研究针对Galileo系统E1频点CBOC中频信号的产生方法及数字处理技术,在基于PCIE+DSP+FPGA+DAC架构的中频板卡上完成了与PC上位机通信、波形控制参数计算和更新、副载波生成、基带信号调制以及模拟中频信号的产生;最后给出了频谱、相关峰、定位误差等测量结果,验证了信号的质量和正确性。     

压铸模标准模架参数化设计

采用AutoCAD二次开发语言－AutoLISP,在AutoCADR14环境下,开发了压铸模标准图形库系统。该系统包括对压铸模的镶块、套板、导柱、导套以及对这些零件进行校核和自动生成图纸的参数化设计。     

正交调幅数字系统

文章分析了存在载波相位起伏、正弦干扰、高斯白噪声时正交调幅数字系统的抗扰性。结果表明,当接收载波相位起伏低于0.5度时,16QAM达最佳。     

基于System Generator的QPSK数字调制器设计

载波同步是相干解调通信系统中必不可少的组成部分,常用锁相环技术予以实现。System Generator是一款理想的FPGA开发软件,它提供了FPGA和simulink仿真软件的接口,可以把simulink中的模型自动转换成位流文件,以便下载到FPGA中,实现FPGA硬件设计的自动化。采用数字锁相环技术,在simulink中利用System Generator建立QPSK调制系统的模型,并仿真以验证锁相环技术的性能。仿真结果表明,通过合理设置参数,数字锁相环能很好地获取同频同相的载波分量,实现通信系统的正确解调。
