浅谈施工中的和谐管理

和谐是当今社会发展的主旋律，在社会各方面、各层次、各领域的竞争达到白热化的情况下，提倡和谐无疑具有重大的意义，和谐为企业的发展提供了一个崭新的思路，对于施工单位，在施工中坚持以人为本，和谐管理，使施工管理更加人性化，从而达到理想的管理境界，实现施工管理的各项目标。     

人民胜利渠渠首引水问题研究与建议

自2000年以来,人民胜利渠灌区面临着黄河主流远离渠首闸,且主槽下切,造成引水能力严重不足,灌区效益衰减严重的问题,通过分析渠首引水存在的问题及当前采取的应急措施,提出长远解决问题的综合工程措施建议。     

Investigating the problems faced by older adults and people with disabilities in online environments

Irresponsible and inaccessible web design causes unnecessary problems to certain website users. By applying the web content accessibility guidelines to a website the amount of possible users who can successfully view the content of that site will increase especially for those who are in the disabled and older adult categories of online users. We present the results of assessing the compliance of a selection of websites with guidelines set out by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). It was found that most sites evaluated were inaccessible to those with disabilities. Only one of the selected sites passed all three priority levels set out by the WAI. In many cases, minor modifications to sites will make them accessible to people with disabilities. Therefore it can only be speculated that the reasons for lack of conformance may vary from lack of awareness of the issue, time constraints or the general stress of having to keep up with new technologies. Companies who overlook users with disabilities however may be doing so at long-term risk to their legal position, public image and ultimately business success.

孙中山民生思想探析

孙中山是中国民主革命的先行者,三民主义是其思想的核心,它的提出对中国革命的进程产生了重大而深远的影响。在孙中山的早期思想中,重农、富民是其思想的主要内容。基于中国和世界革命形势的判断,他提出民生问题是一个社会问题,民生主义的目标就是社会主义、共产主义,民生主义的实现,一靠平均地权解决土地问题,二靠发展经济,节制资本。民生思想是三民主义的重要组成部分,重新研究对现今进行的民生改善具有重要的借鉴意义。     

Enhanced piezoelectric properties and temperature stability of Bi4Ti3O12-based Aurivillius ceramics via W/Nb substitution

Bi₄Ti₃O₁₂ (BIT), a typical Aurivillius ceramics with high Curie temperature (T_c ? 675 °C), has great potential for high temperature applications. This work provides an effective method of inducing structure distortion, relieving the tetragonal strain of the TiO₆ octahedron and decreasing the concentration of oxygen vacancies to improve the piezoelectricity and temperature stability of BIT ceramics. Bi₄Ti_2.98W_0.01Nb_0.01O₁₂ possesses an optimum piezoelectric coefficient (d₃₃) of 32 pC/N, a high T_c of 655 °C and a large resistivity of 3 × 10⁶ Ω·cm at 500 °C. The maximum d₃₃ reported here is approximately quadruple than that of pure BIT (?7 pC/N). Moreover, the d₃₃ of W/Nb co-doped BIT and the in-situ temperature stability of the compression-mode sensor present a highly stable characteristic in the range of 25–600 °C. These results imply that W/Nb-modified BIT ceramics is a promising candidate for application at high temperatures of up to 600 °C.
