修井作业员工基本功训练的探索与实践

井下作业外部市场的开拓,对修井作业员工的素质提出了较高的要求。由于培训时间、内容、人员不到位,培训设施不配套,培训计划不完善,培训定位不准确,使培训效果不理想。因此,强化员工的基本训练势在必行。只有结合企业自身的实际,把员工的基本功训练的各项工作落实到实处,才能真正培养出适应国际化修井专业要求的复合人才。

In 1965 A. Renyi [1] demonstrated in his Landmark paper the mathematical model of random search. In this work we will study a generalized and modified model of Renyi. We will deduce the correspondence definitions of superimposed code for Renyi's model, and obtain lower and upper bounds for the optimal length of superimposed code     

Irradiation embrittlement monitoring of WWER-440/213 TYPE RPVs

In the paper the main goals and progress of the surveillance specimen programme for the RPVs WWER-440/213 in Jaslovské Bohunice V-2 and Mochovce NPPs are presented. At Jaslovské Bohunice V-2, the standard surveillance specimen programme (SSSP) was finished and so-called ‘Extended Surveillance Specimen Programme’ (ESSP) was prepared on the base of its critical analysis. For first two units of the Mochovce NPP completely new programmes of irradiation embrittlement monitoring called ‘Modern Surveillance Specimen Programme’ is prepared. It is based on the experience with SSSP and ESSP as well as the recommendations of IAEA experts. This programme will serve for Mochovce NPP during all planned service life. The experience of ESSP application on the 3rd and 4th units in Jaslovské Bohunice V-2 NPP are presented in the paper too.

Relational Analysis and Precision via Probabilistic Abstract Interpretation

Within the context of a quantitative generalisation of the well established framework of Abstract Interpretation – i.e. Probabilistic Abstract Interpretation – we investigate a quantitative notion of precision which allows us to compare analyses on the basis of their expected exactness for a given program. We illustrate this approach by considering various types of numerical abstractions of the values of variables for independent analysis as well as weakly and fully relational analysis. We utilise for this a linear operator semantics of a simple imperative programming language. In this setting, fully relational dependencies are realised via the tensor product. Independent analyses and weakly relational analyses are realised as abstractions of the fully relational analysis.

风险社会视域下产品经营者行政责任条款之拾缺补遗——以《产品质量法》第五十五条款为研究对象

风险社会管制中效率原则根本不可能要求所有经营者对产品质量做最终的确认,而只能要求经营者在购进产品之时能够确保货源的正当且有据可溯、货质有相关合格检验单据。即虽然经营者与生产者均宽泛性地负有产品安全保障的义务,但出于市场效率以及手段能力大小的考量,经营者与生产者在安全注意义务的程度上并非毫无轩轾,经营者与生产者所应承担的行政责任也应有所差异。一方面,若经营者销售《产品质量法》第四十九条至第五十三条规定禁止销售的产品,且该经营者应当知道却未知道此产品属于禁止销售的产品,同时还有充分证据证明该经营者确实不知道该产品为禁止销售的产品并如实说明其进货来源的,此时,可将该经营者的主观过错定位于过失过错,从而可以从轻或者减轻处罚。另一方面,若经营者销售了《产品质量法》第四十九条至第五十三条规定禁止销售的产品,且该经营者已经尽到了合理的安全注意义务,该经营者难以预见产品为禁止销售的产品,则应以无过错为由免除对经营者的行政处罚责任。     

OSS/BSS演进——OTT时代运营商新的制高点

为帮助电信运营商在与OTT运营商的竞合中赢得主动权,文章通过分析通讯行业发展趋势,结合OSS/BSS领域的最新技术能力,为运营商指明在OSS/BSS层面需要着力把控的三个重要发展方向:1)提高快速、动态响应用户需求和新商业模式的能力,2)具备与用户、合作方、网络实时交互的能力,3)简单、灵活的OSS/BSS架构体系。     

图像处理中扩散方程的快速数值解法

该文给出图像处理中常用的二阶非线性扩散方程的快速求解算法。首先提出一种线性差分离散格式,既包含了显格式,也包含了隐格式;其次给出了数值稳定性条件,最后讨论了3种快速解法：多重网格法(MG),交替方向隐格式(ADI),和加性算子分离格式(AOS)。对3种方法进行了比较和评价,结果表明：用3种方法得到的去噪效果基本相同;ADI和AOS实现较简单;多重网格法得到的恢复图像在光滑区域视觉上优于两种直接法。
