新时期景德镇陶瓷产业的保护与发展

景德镇陶瓷不仅历史悠久,而且品类众多,技艺精湛,文化内涵丰富。在手工业时代,它是生活的创造者;在当代,它成为历史文化的一种记忆和象征,以其独特形态自立于以现代设计为主体的科技文明之中,成为民族传统文化艺术的载体,发挥着从经济到艺术的多种功能。但是近些年来,在经济文化大发展的背景下,景德镇陶瓷产业却呈现总体不够景气、生产销售萎缩、工艺技术没有突破、后继无人等问题。我们应该清楚地认识到对于景德镇陶瓷产业的保护和发展的迫切性,以及改善现状、进行创新与应用的重要性,其保护与发展遭遇到了发展经济、技术更新和文化变迁等一系列矛盾,需要去探讨和研究。     

中国传统家具造型的传承与创新

中国传统家具源远流长,经过千年历炼在明清时期达到历史颠蜂,然而随着国门的被迫打开。中国家具经历了动荡起伏的局面。笔者深入解读中国传统家具发展现状,探讨萁造型的演变以及近现代尝试与不足,最后对中国传统家具的传承和创新提出自己观点。     

Effects of an ontology display with history representation on organizational memory information systems

Ontologies, as a possible element of organizational memory information systems, appear to support organizational learning. Ontology tools can be used to share knowledge among the members of an organization. However, current ontology-viewing user interfaces of ontology tools do not fully support organizational learning, because most of them lack proper history representation in their display. In this study, a conceptual model was developed that emphasized the role of ontology in the organizational learning cycle and explored the integration of history representation in the ontology display. Based on the experimental results from a split-plot design with 30 participants, two conclusions were derived: first, appropriately selected history representations in the ontology display help users to identify changes in the ontologies; and second, compatibility between types of ontology display and history representation is more important than ontology display and history representation in themselves.     

The Ergonomics Society: 50 years of growth

Developments in the Society are outlined since the early history was described by Edholm and Murrell. Major changes in the Society's operation and the context in which these changes took place are given. The changes in research directions, growth in educational facilities for professional education and the ever widening areas for the application of ergonomics are discussed. The consequences of these developments for the expansion of a recognition of the contribution of ergonomics, and the position of professionals in the international scene are touched upon.

ASCE Journal of Management in Engineering: Review of the years 1985–2002

This study considers the content of the papers published by ASCE’s Journal of Management in Engineering, which has witnessed a growth in number of papers and breadth of participation, particularly of international origin, during the 1985–2002 period. The content is analyzed in two main dimensions: the type of subject and its composing topics, and the type of contributors to the journal. The analysis shows the evolution of the engineering management discipline as represented in the journal. Over the years the discipline has been enriched by an increasing number of contributions on corporate strategies and programs, organizational change, and cultures issues, as well as a growing interest in project management topics, such as quality planning and evaluation of alternative project delivery systems. The number of papers by practitioners, initially the largest contributing group to the journal, has declined significantly over the years.
