信念在人们的认识活动中发挥着双重作用.一方面,信念起到纽带、选择、动力、预测和定向的积极作用;另一方面,它起到僵化、误导和抑制的消极作用.

Understanding primary teachers’ professional learning and practice: an activity theory lens

In this study, the author reports on the professional learning of three primary teachers who engaged in three cycles of collaborative action research over a three-year period from 2013 to 2016. Case study was chosen as a methodology to gain insight into the context of the teachers’ work as they interacted with others and adopted multiple tools. Data collection and analysis were on-going over a three-year period, using several sources, including classroom observations, interviews, portraits and teacher-created multimedia artefacts. Cultural-Historical Activity Theory (CHAT) and its activity system unit of analysis (subject, object, tools, norms, community and division of labour) was used by the author to describe changes in the professional learning of the three teachers, the contradictions or tensions they addressed, and how they transformed the aspects of their professional knowledge and classroom practice.     

Does your left hand know what your right hand is doing? Impacts of athletes’ pre-transgression philanthropic behavior on consumer post-transgression evaluation

Despite the importance of an athlete’s image and reputation as an individual brand, the academic literature lacks investigations on whether and how an athlete’s brand can be protected when they engage in unethical transgressions. Focusing on athletes’ pro-social activities, the authors presented an experimental study to test how an athlete’s pro-social efforts can alleviate negative impacts from his/her transgression. In particular, the authors test the impacts of athletes’ involvement level (high vs. low) with a pro-social cause and level of fit between an athlete and a cause (high vs. low) on sport consumers’ perceptions. Results demonstrate that an athlete’s pre-scandal charitable behaviors can mitigate adverse impact of a transgression on consumer response only when the athlete has deeply engaged in charitable behaviors. The results also show that a higher fit between an athlete and a cause can generate more severe damaging impacts on consumer evaluation than a lower fit due to consumer skepticism caused by a combination between a negative reputation and a high-fit cause.     

AHKC儿童青少年体力活动评估体系研究

全民健身关系人民群众身体健康和生活幸福,儿童青少年是全民健身工作的重点。本文通过对加拿大儿童青少年体力活动评估体系研究,为我国儿童青少年体力活动促进工作提供借鉴。研究认为：加拿大儿童青少年体力活动评估体系注重多学科研究成果的实践转化,评估指标围绕儿童青少年体力活动生态系统进行构建,评估标准采用标准参照与常模参照相结合的方式,以百分数的形式将评估结果分成若干差别明显的等级水平,评估主体采用第三方评估团队,借用逻辑模型理念进行实施。在此基础上,提出我国构建儿童青少年体力活动评估体系的理由和路径。     

Zero‐Slack,Noncritical Paths

The critical path method/program evaluation and review technique method of project scheduling is based on the importance of managing a project's critical path(s). Although a critical path is the longest path through a network, its location in large projects is facilitated by the computation of activity slack. However, logical fallacies in oft‐repeated statements of the relationship between slack and the critical path make it easy to overlook the phenomenon of zero‐slack, noncritical paths. This article points out the fallacies and then describes and illustrates the phenomenon. We conclude with teaching recommendations to avoid suboptimal decisions in reducing project duration.     

试析综合实践活动课程的变革与出路

综合实践活动课程是基础教育课程改革中的亮点,它是一场发生在教育领域的静悄悄的革命。它以学生学习和社会生活密切相关的问题为内容,倡导自主、合作、探索的学习方式以及平等理解的师生关系。实施过程中,由于许多教师对课程理念仍理解不深,活动开展停留于表面,因此须进一步强化课程意识,走常态化、规范化、校本化的发展之路。
