铝冷轧制油应用和生产工艺研究

通过对铝材冷轧工艺的分析。研究，以退火工艺中的斑痕为重点，提出采用加氢处理，异构化精制的石蜡基航空煤油组分为基础油，采用不同复合添加剂生产的通用铝冷轧制油完全可以满足客户要求。     

Optical analysis of crack tip stress fields: a comparative study

Four optical techniques for evaluating stress intensity factors in opaque specimens are described in outline, and compared for both an artificial crack and a fatigue crack. The results are compared to a standard solution for the geometry considered. All the techniques gave acceptable results over a range of stress levels and crack lengths. The methods of caustics and strain gauges were less good, whilst photoelasticity gave consistent results over a wide range of stress levels. Comments on the ease of application and the resource implications are also made in order to assist practitioners.

Motion compensated film restoration

Motion picture films are susceptible to local degradations such as dust spots. Other deteriorations are global such as intensity and spatial jitter. It is obvious that motion needs to be compensated for before the detection/correction of such local and dynamic defects. Therefore, we propose a hierarchical motion estimation method ideally suited for high resolution film sequences. This recursive block-based motion estimator relies on an adaptive search strategy and Radon projections to improve processing speed. The localization of dust particles then becomes straightforward. Thus, it is achieved by simple inter-frame differences between the current image and motion compensated successive and preceding frames. However, the detection of spatial and intensity jitter requires a specific process taking advantage of the high temporal correlation in the image sequence. In this paper, we present our motion compensation-based algorithms for removing dust spots, spatial and intensity jitter in degraded motion pictures. Experimental results are presented showing the usefulness of our motion estimator for film restoration at reasonable computational costs. 一种矿山用钢筋网自动化焊接生产线的设计

设计一条钢筋网自动化焊接生产线，包括经料送料平台、纬料自动分料及上料机构、多点电阻点焊机、接料平台、卸料机械手。从上料到出料依靠电机、汽缸之间的协调工作来实现。并由单片机和PLC实现控制功能，上位机用MCGS组态软件在整个过程监视现场，采集工作状态及参数，起到监控作用。     

强激光热斑形成及其稳定性研究

在论述热点跟踪及其传热机理时将靶材的比热溶、热传导系、在激光的热藕合系数均考虑成温度和时间的函数，又考虑靶材在运动时将激光辐照物体时热点的建立及其稳定情况作一动态数值模拟，为热点跟踪作准备。     

乐山旅游景区的地形特点及无线通信方案探究

根据乐山物联网产业规划——"把乐山建成全国物联网应用示范城市"的战略目标,考虑到乐山的城市特点,并为了充分发挥乐山的旅游资源及环境优势,将旅游纳入物联网工程管理项目,形成具有乐山特色的"智能景区"旅游管理项目,文中将新科技与传统资源相结合,给出了基于物联网技术的乐山旅游景区无线通信方案。该方案既可使物联网产业化,又具有创新性与实用性,同时也可大大改善传统人工管理的效率。     

Coarse head pose estimation of construction equipment operators to formulate dynamic blind spots

Several hundred workers die in construction in the United States every year because equipment operators are unable to see their fellow workers during operation of their vehicle. In this paper we propose a step towards improving this situation by providing an automated method based on range imaging for estimating the coarse head orientation of a construction equipment operator. This research utilizes commercially-available low resolution range cameras to measure the continuously changing field-of-view (FOV) of an equipment operator in outdoor construction. This paper presents a methodology to measure so-called dynamic blind spot maps. The dynamic blind spot map is then projected on a known static equipment blind spot map that already exists to each construction vehicle. A robust computational coarse head pose estimation algorithm and results to three different pieces of construction equipment and multiple operators are presented. The developed method has the potential in automatically determining the spaces around vehicles that are currently not in the field-of-view of the vehicle operator thus providing eventually additional means and technology for improving safety in construction.

在含Ｂ４Ｃ中性盐浴渗硼的高温反应研究的基础上，对该盐浴存在的工艺问题进行了分析研究。指出了渗硼能力均匀性，工件表面腐蚀斑与玻璃体的关系，分析了老化盐致使工件清洗困难的成因。
