超声波在声导杆中传递时的发热效应

分析了超声波在声导杆－熔体系统中的传递规律，测试了声导杆的温升。研究表明，声导杆的温升起因于其结构阻尼（内摩擦），并与声能密度以及声导杆和熔体间的特性阻抗比有关。     

Technology and equipment for the ultrasonic contour welding of components made of ABS plastic

It is shown that a mushroom-shaped waveguide is most suitable for the contour ultrasonic welding of components made of ABS plastics. The optimum shape of the working tip of the contour waveguide resulting in securing of the welded components in relation to the axis of the waveguide on their external contour is determined.     

Development of the technology of ultrasonic welding of components made of Capron tapes

The technology of ultrasonic welding of components made of Capron tapes producing welded joints with high strength parameters has been developed. The numerical values of the main parameters of the conditions of ultrasonic welding of the Capron tapes are determined. It is shown that the increase in the amplitude and welding pressure shortens the welding time. The experimental results show that the Capron tapes are characterized by geometrical homogeneity in both the transverse and longitudinal direction so that the welded joints can be produced both along and across the tape.
