移动通信无线覆盖均匀性分析

本文分析了移动通信系统中电波传播对覆盖均匀性的影响。通过典型路径传播损耗和移动通信系统同频干扰的分析，给出了衡量覆盖均匀性的性能指标。计算机模拟表明了覆盖均匀性与覆盖模式的关系。     

我国承销商利用分析师报告托市了吗?

学术界对于我国IPO市场是否存在承销商托市行为一直存在争议。本文通过搜集新股上市一年之内的分析师报告数据,系统考察了我国承销商利用分析师报告进行托市的行为特征,以及投资者对于承销商分析师具有托市性质报告的市场反应。结果发现:(1)承销商会利用乐观、但偏颇的分析师报告为市场表现不佳的新股进行托市,但这一现象在新股上市90天后消失;(2)声誉机制在新股解禁期后才能有效约束承销商利用分析师报告托市的利益冲突行为;(3)市场投资者总体上能够识别承销商的托市意图,并对承销商分析师报告的系统偏误进行自我调整。本文的研究不仅为我国承销商是否存在托市行为提供了新的直接性经验证据,而且有助于市场各方洞悉分析师报告背后的利益冲突,同时也为监管部门出台相关的规范政策提供了新的决策参考。     

微型金融的普惠效应实证研究——基于6省4220户农户调查数据

本文利用全国6个省份60县4220户农户的调查数据,运用Probit模型实证检验微型金融机构的普惠效应,即小额信贷是否为中低收入和贫困农户提供信贷支持以及能否利用自身特殊的贷款机制拓展农村金融的覆盖面.实证结果发现,微型金融机构能够将信贷服务向正规金融机构无法覆盖的中等收入群体延伸,其普惠效应主要源自其依托现金流为核心...     

Coverage area expansion, customer switching, and household profiles in the Japanese broadband access market

This paper examines the diffusion process of Internet broadband access in Japan by modeling the household choice of access modes. Estimates reveal that the characteristics of users, rather than those of the access modes, play a significant role in demand substitution across the modes. Simulation exercises indicate that had optic fibers (fiber-to-the-home; FTTH) been made available to the whole country in 2005, only 10% of households would have switched to that mode. This result implies that once chosen, the household choice of access mode persists, and that indirect network effects are an important element in decisions to adopt the new technology of broadband. Finally, policy implications are discussed.     

A Case Study on Analysis of the Stylistic Features of News Coverage

With the guidance of discourse analysis, this paper attempts to explore the stylistic features of news coverage with concrete example from angles of global and local analysis, aiming at promoting people's knowledge of news coverage style and furthering understanding of it.     

Competition,regulation, and broadband access to the internet

This paper reexamines the effect of the regulatory regime on both penetration and coverage of broadband access to the internet. The framework allows for an evaluation of policy initiatives, guidelines and measures to bridge the digital divide and to promote investment. A welfare analysis compares service-based with facilities-based competition and asks whether and how high-speed access to the internet should be subsidized. Using an approach similar to Valletti, Barros, and Hoernig (2002), the paper highlights the importance of population density for whether firms invest to provide internet access. The analysis reveals a trade-off between coverage and penetration.     

自利抑或协同：非国有股权参与如何影响国有企业绿色技术创新

基于外部性理论与制度理论,以2013-2019年A股国有上市公司为研究样本,利用面板Tobit模型考察非国有股权参与对国有企业绿色技术创新的影响。结果发现,非国有股权参与显著促进国有企业绿色技术创新,股权融合程度越高,绿色技术创新水平越高,外资股东参与有利于国有企业绿色技术创新,但机构投资者未表现出明显作用;分层分类检验结果表明,非国有股权参与更有利于中央国有企业、公益类国有企业绿色技术创新。外部治理环境调节效应检验结果表明,环保补贴可以增强非国有股权的环境研发激励作用,分析师关注有利于抑制私有股权短视化自利行为,二者均正向调节非国有股权参与对国有企业绿色技术创新的促进作用。     

媒体监督能够起到外部治理的作用吗？——来自中国上市公司违规的证据

本文从中国上市公司违规频率的角度,直接研究媒体监督能否对公司治理产生影响,并挖掘其影响机制,同时详尽分析媒体监督对违规频率不同的公司的治理效果之差异,发掘出媒体监督治理作用的异质性。实证结果表明,媒体监督能够显著降低公司违规的频率,说明媒体监督确实可以起到外部治理的作用。进一步运用分位数回归模型研究发现,对于越是频繁违规的公司,媒体监督的治理效果越明显。另外还发现,媒体监督的治理效果逐年上升,说明我国媒体对上市公司的外部治理作用日益增强。最后本文还发现,媒体监督对公司治理产生作用的机制以行政介入机制为主而非声誉机制。     

Inference on Reliability in Two-parameter Exponential Stress–strength Model

The problem of hypothesis testing and interval estimation of the reliability parameter in a stress–strength model involving two-parameter exponential distributions is considered. Test and interval estimation procedures based on the generalized variable approach are given. Statistical properties of the generalized variable approach and an asymptotic method are evaluated by Monte Carlo simulation. Simulation studies show that the proposed generalized variable approach is satisfactory for practical applications while the asymptotic approach is not satisfactory even for large samples. The results are illustrated using simulated data.     

分析师跟进决策的影响因素

证券分析师是资本市场不可缺少的组成部分。他们通过收集及传递各种对投资者决策有用的信息在投资者与公司间架起重要的信息桥梁。鉴于其在资本市场发挥的重要作用，学术界对分析师影响的研究由来已久，研究也较为系统和深入。相对而言，分析师跟进决策方面的研究较为欠缺且文献较为零散。与此同时，在我国，随着资本市场的不断发展以及机构投资者的不断壮大，分析师在资本市场中的影响日益增长，但分析师相关的研究却相当欠缺，弥补这一领域的空缺成为当务之急。本文的目的在于对国外这一领域的相关研究进行系统的梳理。文章在对分析师跟进活动的各流派的理论解释基础上，结合投资者法律保护等前沿研究结果，分别从宏观、中观、微观三个层面对分析师跟进决策的影响因素进行阐述，通过全面系统的文献梳理，为分析师行为在我国的研究开展提供一些参考。
