根据电化学加工极间间隙电势分布的拉普拉斯方程,提出了一种阴极设计算法-误差调整法。该算法的实现主要采用了Ansys有限元计算软件。计算结果表明:该法计算迭代次数较为适当,对于精度要求不高的电化学加工阴极设计,基于Ansys的辅助阴极设计有效可行。 相似文献

To generate the false targets in the desired area accurately, a novel two dimensional(2-D) intermittent sampling jamming algorithm against synthetic aperture radar(SAR) is presented. The intercepted radar signals are processed via 2-D intermittent sampling and Doppler shift-frequency and retransmitted to radar. Hence, the false target-lattice emerges in the specified area. The generation mechanism, position and distribution characteristics of false target-lattice are discussed. Meanwhile, the reason for the asymmetric amplitude of the target false-lattice and the modulation factor of energy compensation are presented. The correctness of theoretical analysis and validity of the proposed algorithm are verified through simulation experiments. Compared with conventional methods, the critical requirement of the jammer position can be reduced by the proposed method. 相似文献

A desktop multiprocess machinery has been designed that has two concepts: miniaturizing of machine tool and multiprocessing with a same machine tool. The prototype of desktop multiprocess machinery is developed in this study. This is tabletop size machine tool that has five changeable machining heads. Outline of main body and machining head are presented.In order to know the basic accuracy of desktop multiprocess machinery, experimental evaluation is carried out. Machining head setting error, stiffness of multiprocess machinery and straightness of X, Y, Z stage is measured. To study the basic performance of desktop multiprocess machinery, a complex machining experiment is carried out with the developed machine tool. The complex machining consists of three steps: electrode machining by milling, hole shaping by EDM, and hole finishing by ECM. These steps are performed in sequence on the same machine tool. The complex machining is successfully carried out. In order to evaluate the desktop multiprocess machinery from environmental point of view, machining energy, volume of machining liquid, and installation space of desktop multiprocess machinery are measured. The measured values are compared with estimated values with conventional machine tools. The machining energy, the volume of machining liquid, and the installation space of desktop multiprocess machinery are smaller than those of conventional machine tool. 相似文献

针对基于输入输出数据的非线性系统辨识问题,提出一种新的混合最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVMs)网络模型及相应的学习算法.该算法将系统的辨识问题动态自适应的划分为若干子问题,将支持向量机(SVM)用于各子模块辨识;通过分析模型的统计学特性,给出基于整体框架优化的系统参数辨识方法.针对系统中参数相关联的特性,采用期望条件最大化(ECM)算法对其进行条件辨识,同时结合正则化理论和最小二乘法,保证各专家模块的结构风险最小化辨识原则.试验结果表明,该方法兼具良好的辨识精度和泛化性能. 相似文献

Bio-hybrid microsystems actuated by living cells, as micro-bio-actuators and micro-bio-pumps have been developed recently. In these devices biological cells may be powered without external energy sources and the movement or the contraction of muscle cells trigger off the flow of fluid (i.e. culture medium or blood) through microchannels in micro-multi-bioreactor systems. Isolated and in vitro cultured cardiomyocytes (cardiac cells) are the most promising bio-material, which can be used to design a micro-bio-pump/actuator. These spontaneously contracting cells are autonomously powered with glucose as an energy source without any external power supply or stimulus, unlike conventional micro-actuators/micro-pumps. Cardio-micro-bio-pumps/actuators are using collective, synchronous contracting forces of cardiac cells or cardiac cell sheets to drive the flow of fluid. The feasibility of building such actuators was demonstrated in a few examples of bio-hybrid microsystems actuated by single or sheeted cardiomyocytes. 相似文献

The Birnbaum-Saunders distribution has recently received considerable attention in the statistical literature, including some applications in the environmental sciences. Several authors have generalized this distribution, but these generalizations are still inadequate for predicting extreme percentiles. In this paper, we consider a variation of the Birnbaum-Saunders distribution, which enables the prediction of extreme percentiles as well as the implementation of the EM algorithm for maximum likelihood estimation of the distribution parameters. This implementation has some advantages over the direct maximization of the likelihood function.
