WC/Cu复合材料制备及其高温性能

用机械合金化法结合冷变形，制备了WC／Cu复合材料，研究了冷变形后复合材料的组织特征和高温退火时韵性能变化。结果表明：烧结后的材料经冷变形，组织呈显著纤维状，WC颗粒弥散分布，密度明显提高，达到理论密度的99．2％；复合材料经600～900℃高温退火，强度和硬度略有下降，塑性则有大幅提高；900℃退火时未发生明显的再结晶，界面结合良好；所制备的WC／Cu复合材料有优良的综合性能。     

Breakdown characteristics of oil and paper insulation for a very fast transient voltage

This paper describes the dielectric breakdown characteristics of oil and oil‐impregnated paper for very fast transient (VFT) voltages. Blumlein circuits generate VFT voltages of 60 and 300 ns in a pulse width that simulates disconnecting switching surges in gas‐insulated switch gears. We measured the breakdown voltages of needle‐to‐plane, plane‐to‐plane oil gaps and several pieces of paper between plane electrodes for VFT and lightning impulse voltages. The measured data were formulated in V‐t characteristics and Weibull probability distributions. The inclination n of V‐t characteristics of insulating paper is 150, which is less than n = 13.7 of the plane‐to‐plane oil gap in the VFT time range. The shape parameters of Weibull distribution obtained in this study show that the scattering of breakdown voltages of paper is much less than that of oil. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 宝钢研制的全氢罩式炉控制系统分析

对宝钢研制的全氢罩式炉计算机控制系统的逻辑结构、工作原理及硬件配置进行了分析.该系统与引进的系统相比,在通讯方式、程序结构、操作分析、报警和开放性等方面都有所改进.     

一种抗NLOS的TDOA定位算法

本文提出了一种抗非视线传播(Non-Line-of-Sight)干扰的TDOA定位算法。该算法采用退火与遗传算法相结合的方式，在满足给定条件的空间内搜索源点坐标值。数值仿真表明，该算法具备抗NLOS干扰的能力，与传统TDOA算法相比，该算法无需知道各基站的非视线传播干扰分布，是一种实用有效的定位算法。     

肝癌碘油栓塞后肝区平片所见碘油沉积量与疗效关系

本文分析了90例肝癌肝动脉灌注化疗碘油栓塞后,肝区平片所见碘油沉积量和疗效的关系。碘油沉积分为多,中,少三组,从ATP下降,肿瘤缩小率及一年生存率三方面比较。结果沉积多的与中等组三项都有显著差别;沉积中等的与少的组差别不明显。说明碘油沉积要达到一定的量后,疗效才会显著提高。同时分析了影响碘油沉积的几个因素。     

钠冷快堆中喷雾钠火的计算分析

根据钠冷快堆中喷雾钠火的特点建立了理论模型，编制了SSPRAY程序。该程序模拟钠喷雾燃料过程中钠滴的运动、钠和氧气的燃烧反应、热量传递和质量传递等瞬态过程。用该程序计算了气体和墙壁温度、气体压力、氧气摩尔份额、喷雾流燃烧速率和热量热递速率等主要参数。利用AI实验数据和美国SPRAY－3A的计算结果对程序进行了验证，结果符合较好。     

Effect of Bi and Sr concentrations on the formation of the 2223 phase in Bi-Pb-Sb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O materials, obtained under different conditions of thermal treatment

The superconducting properties and the phase and chemical composition of Bi _x Pb_0.3Sb_0.1Sr _y Ca₂Cu₃O_z (x=1.5, 1.6, and 1.7;y=1.9, 2.0, and 2.1) materials synthesized by one-step and multistep thermal treatments have been investigated. The multistep annealing between 825–875°C promotes the 2223 phase. The change of Bi concentration has little effect on the 2223 phase formation, regardless of the kind of thermal treatment used, but increasing the Sr concentration (y> 2) strongly inhibits this phase. It has also been established that the loss of Pb after synthesis depends on the initial Bi concentration. The loss of Pb decreases when the initial Bi content is lower.     

气体绝缘封闭电器的高速瞬变过程和现场试验

随着ＧＩＳ的工作电压不断提高和发展，一系列新的现象和问题也同时出现。从国外一些科研，设计，制造部门所研究发表的内容看，大致有隔离开关操作和高速瞬变过程，粒子影响和对干扰定位的技术，元件的监督，现场试验等课题，本文对以上问题加以综合介绍。     

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Heat-treated GeSb_2Te_4 Thin Films

The effect of annealing on microstructure,adhesive and frictional properties of GeSb 2 Te 4 films were experimentally studied.The GeSb 2 Te 4 films were prepared by radio frequency(RF)magnetron sputtering,and annealed at 200℃and 340℃under vacuum circumstance,respectively.The adhesion and friction experiments were mainly conducted with a lateral force microscope(LFM)for the GeSb 2 Te 4 thin films before and after annealing.Their morphology and phase structure were analyzed by using atomic force microscopy(AFM)and X-ray Diffraction(XRD)techniques,and the nanoindention was employed to evaluate their hardness values.Moreover,an electric force microscope(EFM)was used to measure the surface potential. It is found that the deposited GeSb 2 Te 4 thin film undergoes an amorphous-to-fcc and fcc-to-hex structure transition;the adhesion has a weaker dependence on the surface roughness,but a certain correlation with the surface potential of GeSb 2 Te 4 thin films.And the friction behavior of GeSb 2 Te 4 thin films follows their adhesion behavior under a lower applied load.However,such a relation is replaced by the mechanical behavior when the load is relatively higher.Moreover,the GeSb 2 Te 4 thin film annealed at 340℃presents a lubricative property.     

激光结晶a-Si:H SOI离子注入和快速退火

本文对激光结晶a-Si∶H SOI结构砷注入和快速退火行为作了研究.a-Si∶H激光结晶有Lp-LCR,OD,FCR-2,FCR-1四个结晶区.用剖面电镜观察了结晶区的结构.扩展电阻测量表明Lp-LCR区中有两种扩散机制,即杂质在晶粒体内扩散和沿缺陷扩散.OD区中有三种扩散形式,除有上述两种以外,还有沿缺陷的扩散.首次比较了沿晶界和缺陷的扩散速度.
