通过热动力学计算,认识了脱附过程当中储罐内温度剖面分布的典型特征:储罐轴心处的温度下降幅度最大。分析了脱附过程当中储罐壁的热交换、吸附剂的导热系数以及储罐内的初始压力对储罐内的温度剖面的影响。结论是加强储罐外壁的热交换、增大吸附剂的导热系数皆能改善吸附储罐内的温度剖面。

Constitutive modelling and numerical simulation of multivariant phase transformation in superelastic shape‐memory alloys

This work concerns the micromechanical constitutive modelling, algorithmic implementation and numerical simulation of polycrystalline superelastic alloys under multiaxial loading. The model is formulated in finite deformations and incorporates the effect of texture. The numerical implementation is based on the constrained minimization of the Helmholtz free energy with dissipation. Simulations are conducted for thin tubes of Nitinol under tension–torsion, as well as for a simplified model of a biomedical stent. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

A direct estimate of JIc from the load versus load-line displacement record

The purpose of this study is to examine the current standard fracture toughness test procedure to determine if there could be an easier method to get a J_Ic value from the test record. The current method for determining J_Ic involves a detailed computational and construction procedure. The objective in this study is to simplify the analysis for the determination of J_Ic. The results of this study show that the load and displacement record for a fracture toughness test can be used to directly estimate a J_Q value, a provisional value for fracture toughness, J_Ic. The J value taken at the maximum load point can be used along with an adjustment factor to estimate a J_Q value. This J_Q estimate is close to the one obtained from the construction procedure of ASTM Standard E 1820. When a unit‐sized specimen is tested, that is, a specimen with a width of 50 mm and a thickness of 25 mm the maximum load point provides a direct estimate of J_Q. Other sizes require a size adjustment factor, which is simply a square root relationship between the width of the test specimen and a unit width. The proposed new method of estimating J_Q is simple in concept and requires a minimum number of calculations. It appears to produce values of J_Q which are comparable to those obtained from the ASTM E1820 construction procedure and may produce less scatter.

用小尺寸R－CT试样研究核压力容器钢断裂韧性及与Charpy试样的比较

提出了一种用双边带深侧槽的小尺寸圆形紧凑拉伸试样评定核压力容器（ＲＰＶ）钢断裂韧性的单试作试验方法，给出了用该方法测定的两个厂家生产的核压力容器用Ａ５０８ＣＬ３钢的断裂韧性参数，还与Ｃｈａｒｐｙ试样的试验结果及大尺寸标准试样的试验结果进行了比较。研究结果表明：用双边带深侧槽的小尺寸Ｒ－ＣＴ试样测得的断裂韧性值比相同恻槽深度预制疲劳裂纹Ｃｈａｒｐｙ试样的测试值更接近有效断裂韧性值，所以，用于核压力容器断裂韧性的监测是可行的。     

复射线展开法分析圆柱面对平面波散射的精度问题

讨论了用复射线展开法计算圆柱面对入射平面波散射时的计算误差特性，提出了控制其计算精度的复射线展开参数选择方法，证实了通过恰当选择展开参数可以有效地提升计算精度、实现误差控制。     

采用注视控制器实现复杂运动的仿真

注视控制器是3DS MAX软件的众多控件之一，它能使多个物体彼此间产生运动约束。通过使用注视控制器功能，笔者成功制作出八足爬壁式仿生机械昆虫的运动场景动画，并使该仿生机械昆虫各足的行走动作符合机械零件作平面复杂运动时所应遵守的正确运动规律。由此证明，3DS MAX软件注视控制器对正确模拟特殊机械装置的复杂运动可产生极大作用。
