北京七色光儿童艺术剧院的声学设计

北京七色光儿童艺术剧院是一个以演出儿童话剧为主，同时还可以进行歌舞、音乐等其他文艺形式的演出的多功能剧场，该剧院形式活泼，音质良好。本文从音质和噪声控制的几个方面对其声学设计进行了介绍。     

纳米色料的制备及应用

纳米色料是一类可以结合颜料和染料两者优点的新型色料，除了在传统的着色领域具有独特优势外，在光电高新技术领域也具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了国内外有机纳米色料在制备和应用上的最新研究进展，归纳出几种有代表性的制备有机纳米色料以及有机色料/无机物杂合纳米色料的最新研究方法。着重论述了细乳液聚合法制备纳米色料，对各种制备方法作出比较评价，并结合研究现状对纳米色料在光电领域的应用提出了一些设想。     

分散固相萃取净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定鱼和虾中抗生素及三苯甲烷类兽药残留

建立了分散固相萃取净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定鱼和虾中3类（磺胺类、喹诺酮类、氯霉素类）18种抗生素及2种三苯甲烷类（孔雀石绿、隐色孔雀石绿）兽药残留。样品经磷酸氢二钾溶液水解分散，乙腈提取，提取液经氯化钠脱水、盐析后取乙腈层，经旋转蒸发仪浓缩至近干，残留物用甲醇定容至1.0 mL，C18和PSA（N-丙基乙二胺）填料分散固相萃取净化，过滤膜后经ZORBAX C18色谱柱（50 mm×2.1 mm，1.8 μm）分离，正、负离子多反应监测模式采集数据，同位素内标法定量。实验结果表明，20种兽药在0.2~300 μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系，检出限为0.1~0.6 μg/kg，定量限为0.3~1.8 μg/kg，相关系数均大于0.99。在1、5和20倍定量限加标浓度水平下，平均回收率为72.5%~118%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为1.9%~9.8%。该方法具有前处理简单、检测效率高、成本低等优点，适用于鱼和虾中多类兽药残留的同时测定。

Revealing the Cell Entry Dynamic Mechanism of Single Rabies Virus Particle

The rabies virus is a neurotropic virus that causes fatal diseases in humans and animals. Although studying the interactions between a single rabies virus and the cell membrane is necessary for understanding the pathogenesis, the internalization dynamic mechanism of single rabies virus in living cells remains largely elusive. Here, we utilized a novel force tracing technique based on atomic force microscopy(AFM) to record the process of single viral entry into host cell. We revealed that the force of the rabies virus internalization distributed at (65±25) pN, and the time was identified by two peaks with spacings of (237.2±59.1) and (790.3±134.4) ms with the corresponding speed of 0.12 and 0.04 μm/s, respectively. Our results provide insight into the effects of viral shape during the endocytosis process. This report will be meaningful for understanding the dynamic mechanism of rabies virus early infection.     

Crystal structure of p-formylphenyl, di(p-methylphenyl)amine, and p-bromophenyl, di(o-bromo-p-methylphenyl)amine

p-Formylphenyl, di(p-methylphenyl)amine (1), and p-bromophenyl, di(o-bromo-p-methylphenyl)amine (2) were prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Formyl-substituted triphenylamine(1) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2₁/c with a = 9.068(1), b = 17.115(2), c = 11.297(2) Å, = 106.73(1)°, V = 1679.0(5) ų and Z = 4. Bromo-substituted compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2₁/n with a = 16.170(4), b = 7.9477(8), c = 16.906(4) Å, = 117.67(2)°, V = 1924.1(7) ų and Z = 4. The N atoms deviate slightly from the plane of the bonded C atoms and the benzene ring planes are rotated by 25–67° to avoid overlap of the ortho-substituted atoms. The major force of crystal formation comes from the multiple phenyl embraces (MPE).     

Synthesis of axially chiral C10-BridgePHOS oxides and their use as organocatalysts in enantioselective allylations of aldehydes

A series of C₁₀-BridgePHOS oxides possessing different substituted groups on the diphenyl phosphine system were synthesized and tested as organocatalysts in the allylation of aldehydes with allyltrichlorosilane, providing chiral homoallylic alcohols. These types of organocatalysts showed high catalytic activity and only 2 mol% catalyst loading was required to induce short reaction times. Under optimal reaction conditions, excellent product yields and up to 92% ee were obtained for a variety of substrates.     

多级轴流压气机叶栅内三维紊流流场的数值模拟

对多级轴流压气机叶栅内三维紊流流场进行数值模拟,采用高精度高分辨率的三阶ENN格式以保证对激波的捕捉和对紊流特征的正确模拟,利用LU-SGS隐式解法提高了计算速度,从而构成了一种既准确又高效的多级跨声速轴流压气机紊流流动数值求解系统。重点研究了动静网格的交接方法及相应的动静交接面处理模型。计算了某带进口导叶的三级轴流压气机,计算结果与实验数据吻合较好。     

N-[5-(Е)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N'-芳基脲的合成、晶体结构及生物活性

为了寻找高活性的脲类细胞分裂素,通过2-氨基-5-(Е)-苯乙烯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与芳酰基叠氮化物反应,合成了11种新的含1,3,4-噻二唑环芳基脲类衍生物,其中芳酰基叠氮化物直接由芳酸、三氯氧磷与叠氮钠采用"一锅法"制得,再经加热发生Curtius重排转化为异氰酸酯.目标化合物的结构用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析进行了表征,并用X射线单晶衍射实验测定了化合物3g的结构.初步的生物活性测试表明,部分目标化合物在10 mg/L浓度下表现出良好的细胞分裂素活性,其中3c的活性超过50%.     

C-N bond cleavage of allylic amines via hydrogen bond activation with alcohol solvents in Pd-catalyzed allylic alkylation of carbonyl compounds

Hydrogen-bond-activated C-N bond cleavage of allylic amines was realized in Pd-catalyzed allylic alkylation to form the C-C bond product. The method could be expanded to a series of allylic amines and carbonyl compounds with excellent results. It provides a new and convenient access to C-C bond formation based on Pd-catalyzed allylic alkylation of allylic amines by using only inexpensive alcohol solvents.
