表面包覆改性对纳米CeO2分散性的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
了改善纳米CeO2在Zn-Al类共晶合金中的分散性,采用超声液相包覆法对纳米CeO2进行表面活性剂表面包覆改性,并用AES测定了包覆层的厚度,用TEM研究了CeO2的团聚状况,用TGA分析了有机物包覆层的炭化温度范围,最后用FE-SEM观察了CeO2在复合材料中的分散情况。结果表明,包覆在纳米CeO2表面的厚度约为20 nm的表面活性剂层提高了微粒的分散性,而且该包覆层在495℃时已经炭化。热力学计算的结果也表明,炭化层能与氧化膜反应,该反应提高了CeO2与基体间的润湿性,并使其均匀分布在基体合金中。 相似文献

Experiments on Al–25 at%Ni peritectic alloy consisting of melting followed by thermal stabilization ranging from 0 to 2 h were carried out in a Bridgman-type furnace. Temperature distribution, microstructure evolution and solute concentration in the mushy zone are characterized. An analytical model is proposed to evaluate the Ni concentration of the melt after thermal stabilization. Effect of temperature gradient and volume fraction of liquid phase in the mushy zone on the Ni concentration of the melt is discussed. The steady state Ni concentration of the melt is inappropriately below the initial Ni concentration of the sample. The deviation increases with decreasing temperature gradient. Finally, the influence of thermal stabilization on the solute concentration of the melt is discussed based on a comparison of Al–Ni peritectic alloys with Al–Ni hyper-eutectic alloys and Al–Cu hypo-eutectic alloys. 相似文献

A pressure balance model for a circulating fluidized bed unit that incorporates a downer has been proposed. The model predictions were validated with the experimental data obtained from a special cold-model circulating fluidized bed. Comparison of the operation stability between a CFB downer and a CFB riser has been carried out. Only one critical gas velocity exists in the CFB-riser for a given riser solids flux, while there can be many critical gas velocities for the operation of a CFB downer. Therefore, it is possible to achieve high solids concentration in a CFB downer if appropriate operating conditions are used. 相似文献

The effects of melt flow driven by a travelling magnetic field (TMF) on solidification structures of Sn–1.8 wt.% Cd peritectic alloy have been investigated numerically and experimentally. Numerical results indicate that the flow velocity at the solid–liquid interface under a downward TMF is smaller than that under an upward TMF. The experimental results show that the growth directions of dendrites are chaotic, and several crotches among the dendrites are observed at the solid–liquid interface in the case of no field. It is concluded from TMF results that the ordered growth of dendrites at two different directions occurs, and only one crotch among the dendrites appears at the solid–liquid interface. The location of the crotch gradually approaches the interface center with increasing magnetic field intensity (B≤10.3 mT). Moreover, the growth of high-order branches occurs at the crotch under a downward TMF. A simple model is established for explanation and it well corresponds to the experimental results. 相似文献

refractive indices of LBTN thin films at 632.8 nm. The ordinary and extraordinary refractive indices were calculated to be

TM=2.464, respectively. The film homogeneity and the film-substrate interface were analyzed using an improved version of the
inverse Wentzel–Kramer–Brillouin (iWKB) method. The refractive index of the film remains constant at n
0 within the waveguiding layer. The average transmittance of the film is 70% in the wavelength range of 400–1400 nm and the
optical waveguiding properties were evaluated by the optical prism coupling method. Our results showed that the LBTN films

采用四甲基苯二甲基二异氰酸酯、聚酯二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸为原料,合成了一系列具有不同异氰酸根与羟基摩尔比(n(-NCO)/n(-OH))的聚氨酯乳液。 研究了n(-NCO)/n(-OH)对水性聚氨酯性能的影响。 结果表明,当该比值增加时,乳液的粒径增大,分布变宽,结晶性降低,耐热性下降,耐水性能呈现降低的趋势。 当异氰酸根与羟基摩尔比为3时,四甲基苯二甲基二异氰酸酯基水性聚氨酯的乳液粒径为10~30 nm,膜的分解温度达到275 ℃,24 h吸水率低于10%。 相似文献

Stray grains were found during the preparation of single crystal superalloy AM3 by seeding technique and the researching on the competitive growth of bi-crystal. Stray grains were mainly observed at the diverging 〈001〉 corner of the mold wall. Therefore, increasing orientation deviation angle would intensify the possibility of the formation of stray grains. This was because the solute was inclined to enrich at the diverging 〈001〉 corner of mold wall, leading to the relatively large undercooling, and accordingly resulted in the formation of stray grains. 相似文献
