预处理工艺对硬质合金与金刚石膜间粘结力的影响

在两种经不同预处理的硬质合金YG8基底上，采用微波等离子体化学气相沉积法，在微波功率2kW，压强4.0kPa和6.5kPa，CH4和H2流量分别为1.6cm/s和100.0cm/s的条件下生长金刚石薄膜。利用X射线衍射检测了金刚石薄膜是否存在，用拉曼光谱分析了薄膜的质量，用金相显微镜观察了薄膜的洛氏硬度压痕，标定并比较了不同预处理工艺膜与基底的结合力。实验结果表明，不同的预处理方法对于粘结力的影响不大，最主要的因素是钴含量的多少。     

电镀工艺条件变化对片状铁吸收剂吸波性能的影响

通过电镀法制备片状磁性吸收剂，用SEM、XRD等手段对其进行表征。用网络分析仪测试了不同工艺条件下吸收剂样品2～18GHz的电磁参数，并结合晶粒尺寸因素研究了不同工艺条件下对吸收剂电磁参数的影响．结果表明，不同的工艺条件对吸收剂电磁参数的影响具有规律性，可通过合理配置工艺参数来提高吸收剂的吸波性能。     

EFFECT OF DIETARY SORGHUM DISTILLERY RESIDUE ON HEMATOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CULTURED GREY MULLET (MUGIL CEPHALUS)—AN ANIMAL MODEL FOR PRESCREENING ANTIOXIDANT AND BLOOD THINNING ACTIVITIES

The sorghum distillery residue (SDR) has been an underutilized by‐product with estimated production of 150 ton/day in Kinmen, Taiwan. The objective of this study was to test for any physiological effects of SDR, thus to utilize it as a nutraceutical feed ingredient in diets for cultured fish. Hot air‐dried, wet, and dehulled‐wet sorghum distillery residue showed 63%, 90% and 97% inhibition of the hemoglobin‐catalyzed oxidation of linoleic acid compared to soybean (13%) and rice bran (78%). The feed formulated with 20% wet or dehulled‐wet sorghum distillery residue both showed an antioxidant activity of 68% being higher than the control diet (53%). Feeding these diets to cultured grey mullet for 60 days in summer (temperature ranged 24–30C), resulted in a lower hydroperoxide content in gill tissue, as shown by a chemiluminesence intensity of 1806 or 1409 mV as opposed to 2666 mV for fish fed a control diet. In winter, when the water temperature decreased to 14C, grey mullet fed a diet consisting of 10% dehulled wet sorghum distillery residue had a blood viscosity of 1.9 mPas and a hematocrit value of 33%, in contrast to 3.6 mPas and 41% for control. The blood of the control group started to aggregate in 6 h and showed hemolysis, while the mullet fed dehulled, wet sorghum distillery residue did not show blood aggregation, maintained normal fluidity and erythrocyte membrane integrity. It seems that cultured fish may have the potential as an animal model for prescreening antioxidant and blood thinning effects of food ingredients.     

Cr对低碳Si-Mn系TRIP钢组织与力学性能的影响

主要研究了Cr对低碳Si-Mn系TRIP钢组织与力学性能的影响。首先利用Formastor-F型膨胀仪测定了含Cr和不含Cr两种低碳钢的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,分析指出了Cr对连续退火工艺的潜在影响;然后采用Gleeble-3800热/力模拟试验机对两种钢的薄板试样进行了连续退火模拟实验,并通过拉伸试验测定了力学性能;最后采用金相、扫描电镜、X-射线衍射分析等技术考察分析了两种钢的显微组织。结果表明:含Cr的TRIP钢的组织比较细小,铁素体晶粒近似等轴分布;两种TRIP钢的残余奥氏体含量相近,但含Cr钢的残余奥氏体中的含碳量较高。分析认为这是由于含Cr钢在热轧阶段较易生成细小的组织,而在热处理阶段则抑制贝氏体的生成,最终获得稳定的残余奥氏体。     

矩形件排样的一种优化算法

排样问题是一种总体资源分配问题，这里根据矩形件排样的工艺要求，提出了矩形件排样的一种近似算法，将一块板材分成三部分，每部分排一种零件，使得减料方便，提高了劳动生产率。     

异构数据的管理方法及异构数据源的集成研究

工程应用中软件工具的多样性和设计活动的分散性形成了大量异构数据。本文分析了传统的异构数据管理方法的不足，提出使用数据库系统的文件系统结合的管理方法。针对此方法下所形成的异构数据源问题，给出了基于J2EE规范的数据访问对象抽象工厂解决方案。

Lattice Effects and Irreversible Magnetoresistance in Gd Doped La—Ca—Mn—O

The Gd substituting effects for La in La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 has been studied .With increasing the substituting amount of Gd,the phase transition temperature of metal-isolator for the samples decreases,the corresponding peak resistivity increases,the Curie temperature decreases monotonically.The substitution of La-Ca-Mn-O with 11% Gd for La improved the magnetoresistance ratio by an order of magnitude.The effects of substituting Gd can be explained in terms of the lattice effects.An irreversible MR behaviour was observed in Gd-substituting compounds.This effect became marked when the substituting amount of Gd was greater than 7%.A maximum irreversible increment of MR ratio as large as 91% was obtained when Gd substituting amount was 11%.     

1400-1500 nm,Different Material-doped Raman Fiber Lasers Pumped by Nd∶YVO_4 Laser

Different material-doped Raman fiber lasers with very high efficiency operating in continuous-wave are presented.With 1 W Nd∶YVO 4 laser pumping at wavelength of 1 342 nm, single mode output power of above 500 mW (optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 50%) is simulated in the range of 1 400-1 500 nm.Using high-germanium,high-phosphate and high-borate silicate fibers as the gain medium,laser output at wavelengths of 1 420,1 450,1 480 and 1 495 nm can be achieved with different geometries,which are just as pumping C-band and L-band distributed Raman fiber amplifiers.     

我国企业开展流程再造应从工作研究开始

由于管理基础工作薄弱，我国很多企业流程再造的努力未获成功。基于企业流程再造与工作研究之间的对比分析，文章提出了运用工作研究领域内的有关理论、经验、方法和工具来帮助我国企业开展流程再造。
